Cape Woods Farm Yallingup

Located in the heartland of the South West's premier wine growing region and bounded by renowned wineries, tourist attractions and majestic countryside, the stresses of every day living are left at the top of the driveway. Set on a picturesque 22 acre property the large classic homestead has been delightfully renovated in keeping with that down south old world charm. The homestead rests amongst soft pasture and tall trees with a dam and creek-line nurturing native wildlife including kangaroos.

Studio Metta - Cowaramup

Studio Metta ( Shire approval P220383) is a new cosy, light and bright self contained studio. There is one large bedroom with a queen bed, a great bathroom with high ceilings and a generously sized living area which incorporates a kitchenette and fridge, a sofa, an occasional chair and a small table for dining. Total floor area is 50m2. The outlook from the living area and the private outdoor deck is onto Parkwater forest, where you can hear birdsong and feel the nature right on your doorstep.

Hanaby Hideaway - a special place to unwind.

This place is pretty special! A lovingly restored school bus now spends its time nestled amongst gum trees. You'll soak up the warmth of the morning sun, whilst listening to the bird life, and watching sheep, cows and kangaroos in neighbouring paddocks. The privacy and tranquility will allow you make yourselves at home. Whether you’re reading in a hammock, drinking wine watching the sunset, soaking in a spa, playing boardgames, or cooking on the Weber. Not suitable for children or pets.

Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

A Chalet on the property of House of Cards winery. The chalet boasts a large fully equipped kitchen and dining area. A spacious 2x2 chalet that can accommodate 2-6 people, utilising the pull out sofa bed in the living area. With air conditioning and fire place.The master bedroom offers a king size bed, en suite bathroom and a large freestanding bath with a nature view. The second bedroom offers a king bed (which can be split into two singles on request) and en suite bathroom. NO LEAVERS

Jersey Queen Guesthouse (free 2pm late checkout)

Jersey Queen is a 2-bedroom duplex guest house with a relaxed country vibe. Best suited to families and couples staying together. This special place will make you feel right at home. Only a 5-minute walk to Cowaramup main street for food, coffee and drinks. *NB, Additional charge of $40/night for 5th guest (fold-away bed and linen to suit a child) *NB, We live in an adjoining property with a young child and dog. You may hear us from time to time. We do our best to minimise our noise.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.
