Peaceful cozy cottage with fishing and access to Fall and Tule Rivers, launch included. On private 375 acre family cattle ranch. We raise cows, pigs, ducks, and chickens. Winter snow, Spring animal babies every place you look, summer swimming, fishing, boating fire pit, star gazing, Fall Harvest, fresh fruits and vegetables to share, we process our gardens by canning, preserving, and cook cook cook. The cabin overlooks the Sacramento Arm of Shasta Lake and has access to a private dock with kayaks and a canoe. This cabin sleeps two with a beautiful 4-Poster King Bed in the Living Area and cozy Hammock on the back deck. Additional romantic features of the cabin is the huge soaking tub for two, electric fireplace, fluffy bathrobes, and vintage chandelier.

We live close to the beautiful Trinity River & 30 minutes from the Trinity Alps. We share our beautiful home which has a studio and bathroom that have their own access separate from our home. We have kayaks and bikes that you can borrow. The studio has a kitchen that is well stocked. You can enjoy feeding our llamas and horses as well as get great recommendations for fishing, hiking and outdoor adventure. We have our pickleball court available and can borrow paddles/balls.
