We keep coming back! It's comfy and cozy for two, and it's convenient for visiting Ballard or getting to downtown Seattle. The description and pictures of the space are accurate, and we appreciate the well-laid out space.

This is a great location. It was clean, bright, comfortable and quiet. It exceeded all of our expectations. We will happily stay there again on our next visit to Ballard.

I love staying at Sam’s when I visit my son in Ballard! He is very communicative, accommodating and generous. The location is very convenient to Fremont and Ballard, and any other locations up north. Having parking and laundry is wonderful, especially when it rains during the stay. It is my go-to spot when I’m on my own and feel very safe in this area. I will be staying again soon!
