Vacation rentals with breakfast in Shiga

This home exceeded our expectations! It was so peaceful and beautifully decorated. Thoughtful amenities, helpful welcome staff to help us settle in, comfortable bedding and setup are just a few of the many things we enjoyed about this home! The location was very walkable to restaurants and sights, and the train station was only a 5 min walk! We were so thankful for this find and very sad to leave such a beautiful home that gave us the perfect sanctuary on our busy vacation!!

I stayed at Jun-san’s Airbnb for one night during a cycling trip. It was one of my favorite Airbnb experiences. First, the accommodations were awesome: the mattress was very comfortable, the living room with the sofa was cozy. Very bike friendly with a large garage to safely put your bike. While there is no tub at the Airbnb there is a bathhouse very close by. I loved Jun-san’s local recommendations of restaurants as well. Most importantly, I learned a lot about the temple and the specific school of Buddhism that Jun-san practices. This is a very unique Airbnb that you should definitely check out if you are interested in learning about a part of Japanese culture!

高校時代の仲間13人で利用させてもらいました！ サウナが本格的でバーベキューコンロも使いやすく庭の導線が完璧でした！ 掃除が行き届いていて清潔感ある施設でした！ また、コーヒーや朝食の用意があり、ホットサンドメーカーを持ち込み、ホットサンドとコーヒーをテラスで食べるのは非常に気持ちが良かったです。 サウナに関しても110℃まであがるので、ロウリュウしても温度が下がりにくく、水風呂、インフィニティチェアでしっかり整えます。 寒くなったら広いジャグジーでお湯につかれるのも最高でした！ リピ確、リピ確、リピート確定〜♪

Modern and fresh apartment. All the amenities that you need. Loved the recliner chairs to relax. Great kitchen with everything you need to cook for yourself. Large and easy to use bathroom with washing machine. Great outside area including hot tub. You’re right next to a bamboo forest. So very peaceful. Walkable to Fushimi Inari Shrine and 1000 red Torii if you are able bodied. Naoko responded to every request quickly and happily. Loved the treats for breakfast. Thanks Naoko.

le logement était tput à fait conforme à la description, à 15min à Pied de Kyoto station et à proximité de plusieurs lignes de bus. très bien !

Irene的房子很好地结合了京都当地建筑特色和现代化的生活品质，厨房设施齐全，马桶用起来不错，浴缸的体验更是独具特色；房源位置也相当方便，在二楼打开窗户就能俯视鸭川，距离最热闹的四条地区步行十分钟左右可以抵达，清水寺等景点要更近些。 住在马路边确实会有些噪音，但卧室的封闭设计很好的对冲了这个问题，要当心睡过头哈哈哈哈哈

Our stay at Yamashita’s beautiful 100-year-old Japanese villa in Kyoto was the perfect way to end our 2 week vacation in Japan. The house is spacious, very clean, and well-equipped, perfect for our group of 12. It has everything you need and more. It has a serene garden, jacuzzi, and sauna—the kids especially loved the jacuzzi! Yamashita is an EXCEPTIONAL host—very warm, helpful, and accommodating. She drove us to supermarkets and places we wanted to go and even picked us up for a small fee. She prepared simple yet delicious breakfasts. She was quick to respond to messages and even guided us on using local buses. Though the house is a bit far from the touristy areas, the peace and quiet of Yamashita’s home made it the perfect retreat. It offered a more authentic and relaxing experience of Japan. I highly recommend Yamashita’s villa to anyone looking for comfort, culture, and outstanding hospitality. And to anyone looking for a truly memorable stay in a traditional Japanese home.
