This loft was the perfect place to stay for a quick spring break getaway with my girls. The location is excellent - we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in town - shops, restaurants, the walking trail to Percival’s island, the children’s museum. I was so impressed with the loft itself. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, nicely decorated and had all we needed for a great stay. Two notes from other reviews I’ll echo - there was, at times, noise from other tenants above or adjacent, so if you’re a light sleeper you may want to bring something for the noise. Also it’s very close to the train tracks so there’s train noise as well. Second, it’s a good idea to bring slippers or padded socks as the floor is hard and can be cold. I’m glad I packed some! I would 100% stay at this place again or recommend to anyone. We had a great time. Restaurants we went to and loved: Depot Grille, Mizumi, Batter Bar and MayLynn’s Creamery. Oh. and Amazement Square was…amazing!

Beautiful apartment with thoughtful touches everywhere! Super helpful hosts. So lovely to enter and find a bottle of local wine and locally baked goodies. Comfy robes, plenty of towels. The location features an amazing view of the Blue Ridge. We loved sitting by the fish pond with some wine and enjoying the rolling hills.

What a gem! My mom, my two kiddos and myself booked one night for a spur the moment trip, and it was such a find! We loved the age, decor and vibe, it was spotless and Catherine was an exceptional hostess! That it overlooks the park is an incredible bonus! We enjoyed an walk thru the park after we arrived and there are some great funky coffee shops just down the street that made the morning run smoothly! Close proximity to everything we wanted to do in Richmond. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Just what we needed for a place to crash as we passed through on a roadtrip! We pulled in the neighborhood at 10:30 and several apartments were blaring music and having parties so a I got a little nervous, but we couldn’t hear a think once we got inside. We really enjoyed our stay at this location. Bethany was very accommodating and responsive. As soon we checked-in, we felt like we made the right choice. Place is clean and welcoming and it is great for family. I highly recommend it.

The place was squeaky clean, beautiful and welcoming. We had a very relaxing vacation. The hosts were incredibly friendly, responsive and helpful. The location is close enough to Edgar Poe museum which we thought was really good. The location itself is ok. There is not much to do around if you are walking, but if you are looking for relaxing walks, peaceful time, this is it! Btw, downtown is 4 mins drive and museums are ~15 mins drive. All in all, very highly recommend!

We felt very comfortable in Nichole's place. Peaceful, private location but a quick 5 min drive to town and maybe 10 mins the other direction to the trail. Bed was super comfy, plenty of extra pillows, blankets, etc. Large living spaces and plenty of seating for lounging and dining, although we didn't cook while there bc Lewisburg has a great selection of good restaurants. We would definitely stay at Nichole's place again when in Lewisburg.

We loved our time here! It was the perfect size for our little family. It was such a nice place to come back to after a day of visiting family in the area. We were nervous about noise when we pulled up and it was next to a fire station, but it was so quiet and peaceful. Everything was so clean and comfy. THE BED WAS SO COMFORTABLE I didn’t want to get up in the morning.

I've stayed here in the past for work travel. I love how convenient it is and how close it is to my office. The space is great for a week-long stay when I don't want to come home to a hotel room each night. It's clean and spacious, and I love that the kitchen is fully equipped to make a meal. What a great resort with so much to do. The condo was spacious and very accommodating as well! We enjoyed it very much. Kani is very communicative as well.

My family and I stayed at Andy’s place over the Christmas holiday. It was our first time taking a vacation for Christmas and the entire trip was phenomenal. The room was updated and looked much better than the pictures. There is a ton of things to do onsite and nearby. Rooms are assigned at check in. You really don’t have to leave the resort unless you just want to explore the surrounding area. Plenty of shopping and restaurants in the surrounding area. The room was clean and very spacious for our family of 5. Andy was a fantastic host and was available as needed. We had an all-around excellent Christmas vacation for a great price!

I love staying at Johnathan's place, and I was so happy it was available during our trip. The apt is lovely with its huge windows and tall, tall ceilings, and the location works great for my family. There is an easy walk to good coffee, as well as tons of restaurants and the pipeline walk nearby. Johnathan is a great host. We always feel welcome to ask questions about the place or the neighborhood, but they do such a great job preparing for us we're all set.

This little place us absolutely wonderful! From the time we arrived til checkout, it was so nice. Wanda is so sweet and very welcoming. We had booked for an upper level room but we were asked if we wanted to switch to a 1st level room instead and it worked out very well. It had its own private entrance and was easy to find parking. The grounds are beautiful with all kinds of cute critters including ducks and geese. Our favorite part of the stay was the bistro and included breakfast on site. It was DELICIOUS! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone else looking for a nice and quiet place to stay while in Lynchburg. Thank you so much Miss Wanda!!!

Words do not say enough. The house itself is incredible only to be outdone by that view! I highly recommend getting a cup of coffee and taking a seat on the deck or what I call “the plant” room and watching the sun rise and make a plan to be back for the sunset. And be sure to open both doors at the same time at least once during your stay. The sound the cross winds bring forth from the wind chimes is such a beautiful melody. Peace. Serenity. Beauty. Those are the gifts Nicholas’s house bestows upon you.

My partner and I traveled here for our 3-year anniversary. We wanted a little getaway and this was the perfect location! It’s a minutes walk from many different things like the Edgar Allan Poe museum and tons of restaurants/cafes. The apartment is very spacious, and thoughtfully furnished. Johnathan and Jon made our experience very comfortable and were very responsive hosts. We highly recommend that if you are traveling to Richmond to consider this as a place to stay!

We were lucky to find this place available. Just amazing and the pictures don’t do it justice. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Close to everything you could need, or stay in and make your own meal. Even a rainy day couldn’t keep us down as we relaxed on the couch and listened to the rain. Thanks again.
