Spacious apartment with high ceilings. The back porch has a fantastic view of Charleston harbor. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, very close to downtown and also to beaches. We call it the Boathouse, but it could just as easily be called the treehouse. It sits just feet from a tidal creek amidst giant live oak trees.
