Tiny Farm Cabin Roughing It, Bring your Bedding

This little cabin is for those who know how to rough it. Dog friendly. Bring your own Sleeping bags and pillows. There is a sawdust toilet farm tent just outside the door. Also 100 feet away guests have access to house for a bathroom and showers. For those wanting farm visit, just passing through or base camp for day trips, exploring/hiking base camp. This is it. It's cozy. You can fix breakfast, come and go stay and milk a goat or pet a cow or horse. Barbecue and Fire pit and picnic table.

Relax, swim, fish, or play on motor friendly lake. April thru Oct guests can use 4 stand up paddle boards (SUPs), 4 adult kayaks, 2 sit-on-top juvenile kayaks and a paddle boat. 4 miles from Ridge raceway. 10 miles from Alderbrook resort. Perfect base camp for your visit to the Olympic Peninsula! Close to great hiking in the Olympic National Park and surrounding (access Staircase, Mt. Ellinor, Hama Hama, Lena Lake, Duckabush, etc.). Great diving, fishing, and kayaking, too. Steps from restaurants, gift shops, a local distillery, and coffee shop in Hoodsport.

Extensive beautiful gardens give everyone the ambiance of a very, very peaceful place. Many love to connect with the friendly farm animals. The BNB is very comfortable & private. The Gardens give the impression we are miles away from the city, but all services are within 2 miles. Just a mile off the freeway, its easy access to the salt water, walking paths & parks, restaurants, museums, stores. Only a couple hours(or less) to Rainier & Olympic National parks, the ocean, zoo, wildlife parks.

Our place is perfect for two adults (no children, sorry) to get away. We are pet friendly with certain limitations, however (read House Rules below). Our off-the-grid log cabin is great for a private, romantic weekend, a contemplative retreat or base camp for adventures around Hood Canal and the Olympic Peninsula. There are good restaurants nearby with indoor and outdoor dining and take out service. We have a stunning view of Hood Canal and the Olympic mountains right from your deck.
