Monthly Rentals in Shaker Heights

Jamaica was incredible responsiveness during our stay. I experienced some technical difficulties with the August app, which were likely due to user error. I appreciate how well she handled the situation and helped me resolve the issue quickly. Although we had to shorten our stay due to an illness, we enjoyed our visit until our departure.

This gem in Shaker Heights was spectacular. Gorgeous home in pristine condition. And I can’t say enough about how comfortable the beds were. They were a dream!! I will stay in one of Brian and Jason’s listings every time I come to Cleveland! They are superb hosts with amazing homes! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

This is a very nice property in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. This is a single family home renovated so the top floor is one rental unit and the bottom floor is another. Our primary point of contact was Brian and he was very responsive. He answered all my questions promptly. PARKING - There is a garage behind the house for renters to park their car. It's suppose to be a 2 car garage, but the space is tight so if there is another car in there, 2 may not fit unless they are both small cars. I would recommend backing the car up the long driveway into the garage. Otherwise, maneuvering the car to drive back out may take some skill. NOISE - The hardwood floors are very creaky. I think that's the case for older homes, though. The bedrooms are carpeted so it muffles the creaks a lot.
