Loft vacation rentals in Seville

Vi var i leiligheten i 4 fine dager, lite støy fra gaten men litt dumt at de holdt på med renovering i nabo huset, mye støy fra der. Leiligheten var stor og praktisk, bra med plass.

Schöne und sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft. Wir haben kostenlos an der Hauptstrasse geparkt und waren in wenigen Minuten an der Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation mit Alberto funktionierte sehr gut. Zu unserer Überraschung fanden wir vor Ort eine Mappe mit tipps zu möglichen Aktivitäten, Restaurants und allgemeinen tipps zur Stadt. Wir würden die Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay in Sevilla and the flat had everything we could have needed.l with major attractions only a stone throw away. The view from the upper terrace of the city is incredible. Keys to get in take a bit of practice, but host present to demonstrate and not much of an issue. Thanks for a great stay!

Well thought of apartment we felt at home

Wunderbares, kleines Appartement mit allem, was man für einen Städtetrip benötigt. Du darfst nur nicht geräuschempfindlich sein, die Straße ist durchgängig laut. Wir waren abends immer total erledigt, daher hat es kaum gestört, aber ohne das benötigt man Ohrstöpsel. Trotzdem eine klare Empfehlung. Danke, Susana😘

Séjour fantastique pendant la semaine sainte. Hôte adorable, souple, à l'écoute et attentionnée. La terrasse de l'appartement est un vrai "plus". Localisation idéale, au calme tout en étant à quelques minutes à pieds de la vieille ville. Je recommande chaudement !

Unser Aufenthalt bei Isabel war super! Dir Kommunikation war unkompliziert, die Wohnung sehr gross, sehr bequeme Betten und ausgezeichnete Ausstattung. Mitten im Zentrum von Sevilla, alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was in an amazing location and had a view on the Setas - a great surprise for us. After the sun went down, it was nice to be able to sit on the balcony. Only thing was that there was a small ant problem in the kitchen when we arrived, but it was quickly solved. But would 100% recommend this place if you go to Sevilla!

Excellent stay! The apartment is perfectly located, well-equipped, and everything was just as described. Truly a great place to explore Sevilla from. The only thing worth noting is the garage — it’s quite tight. I was driving a BMW wagon, and parking was extremely challenging. I honestly don’t think a large SUV would fit. However, for smaller cars, it should be no problem. We didn’t use the bikes provided, but it was a nice touch to have them available. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Sevilla.

Buena ubicación y buen trato por parte de Miguel que en todo momento se preocupó de que todo estuviera en orden

El sitio es tal como en las fotos, el check in fácil de hacer, zona muy tranquila, limpio y agradable de estar, en las noches se descansa muy no hay ruidos etc, la persona que le escribí estuvo súper pendiente de la recepción y la salida (cualquier duda que tenía), no tengo queja alguna y volvería…

We loved this place! It was super clean and cozy and everything needed was walkable. Amazing grocery store within one minute walk. The place was stocked with everything one would need, oil, salt, pepper, sugar etc. The patio was gorgeous to sit outside with nice coverage from the sun and very private. It was a very quiet and peaceful area. The downtown can be easily reached in 15 minutes. Rocio was immediately responsive to any messages and was very helpful. We would highly recommend this place to anyone. We are a family of 4. Our kids slept in the 2 beds which were very very comfortable mattresses and my wife and I slept on the pullout couch which I was worried about but wow it was so comfortable! the a/c was beautiful. Nothing bad to say at all about this place.

Ayneric’s apartment is a fantastic base for exploring Seville. Everything you want and need to see is within walking distance and the neighbourhood around the apartment is vibrant and alive. The apartment itself is comfortable, on the ground floor and has excellent AC! Aymeric was a responsive and most amenable host. I recommend his place to anyone looking to discover the most beautiful city of Seville!

We had a great stay right in the middle of Seville. This is a fantastic rooftop apartment fitted out to a high standard. The host was extremely helpful and was available in person for much of the day and always responsive by messaging.

Adela met us at check-in and went through all the amenities of the apartment. The moment we entered, we gasped at how charmingly beautiful it was. Filled with antiques and heirlooms, Adela told us her family history and the stories behind the gorgeous piano and furnishings. She couldn't have been kinder. Once to ourselves, we began our month stay to completely immerse ourselves in Spanish culture and life. Everything was walking distance and the streets are flat. The kitchen was perfectly adequate, all utensils and dishes clean. There was a dishwasher and a washing machine, but that took longer than the laundromat around the corner so we went there, also part of our immersive experience. The views from the windows were of wonderful old buildings, but privacy was respected. One concern was the front door to the building- not the apt - did not shut completely, making it possible for outsiders to enter. The building owners were working on it when we left. We loved our stay! Five stars!!

Jose is very polite and helpful host, the place was clean and spacious. The apartment was ready on time and we requested an early check-in a couple hours before 15:00 and Jose arranged it. It's very accessible directly on the street and there's a nearby grocery store. I wish hearing the noise outside wasn't as much sometimes, but it's still acceptable overall.
