todo mejor de lo que esperábamos, una casa amplia, limpia y mejor incluso que en fotos. Sin problemas para comunicarnos con los anfitriones, con instrucciones claras para entrar y salir. La casa muy equipada y el sitio perfecto. Repetiremos sin duda. Gracias!

This is a great place to stay: had we planned better or longer, we would stay for a week, even a month. The premises are well maintained, furnished, and spotless. There is ample room to enjoy oneself and others The hosts are simply the best we have encountered. We feel blessed and grateful to have met them, and they deserve a 6/5.

Nous avons apprécié le standing élevé ce bel appartement atypique sur 6 niveaux. La literie est très confortable et aucun détail n'a été laissé au hasard (température, éclairage, échantillons de gel douche, shampoing, après-shampoing et crème de corps rituals dans toutes les salles de bains, etc). La rue n'est pas très passante, aucune nuisance sonore. L'appartement propose des espaces extérieurs (patio et terrasse) bien agréables. Un supermarché se situe à deux pas de l'appartement, ce qui est très pratique. Le quartier est tranquille, peu touristique, plusieurs bars à tapas non loin où reigne une belle ambiance festive. La ville est atteignable à pied sans problème. Si toutefois le taxi est préféré, le trajet ne coûte que peu.

Our stay in Seville couldn’t have been better – this Airbnb was perfect! The location was ideal, close to several tapa bars and grocery stores. From here, we can take bus to the stunning Seville Cathedral, the lively Plaza de España, and all the beautiful, winding streets of the old town. Taxi ride is about 10 euros. The neighborhood was vibrant and full of life, yet the apartment itself was peaceful, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Fernando went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We were welcomed warmly and given so many great tips on local spots to check out, from authentic tapas bars to lesser-known gems that I would have missed otherwise. Communication was flawless – they were quick to respond and made me feel at home right away. The apartment itself was spotless, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The garden is beautiful with a pool.

Borja is a wonderful host and he was extremely responsive during our entire day. The house feels very much like a home— it’s comfortable, well appointed and very relaxing. The beds are super cozy and the bedding is really nice. I absolutely LOVED the walk-in closet in the master bedroom. We stayed for an entire month, so it was nice to be able to unpack and be really organized. The location is great because it’s very close to the city, but it’s in a nice and quiet suburban neighborhood. We were able to walk our dogs and there are several parks close by. We’d love to come back and we definitely give this home a five star review.

Rocio was excellent, very helpful & friendly. would love to return. The pool was a big win for our son. we really enjoyed our stay. Rocio went over & beyond to be helpful. totally recommend this place.

We had a lovely stay at Manuel's cosy and comfortable place. He was very friendly and helpful and the best part was that we could use his 2 bikes. The city is an easy ride away and it was great fun to explore by bike! Manuals place is cute and quirky and we felt very much at home. Would stay there again!

Super maison à Gelves, propre, spacieuse. 5 minutes en voiture du métro et à proximité des commerces. Nous avons passés une super semaine. Tout correspondait avec la description faite de la maison. Nos hôtes étaient très réactifs.

Un alojamiento recomendable 100x100....la casa está totalmente equipada, zona tranquila, anfitriona fantástica, locales de restauración cerca,..nos hospedamos 6 personas y estuvimos muy cómodos,..Gracias por todo!!!!!

Het was buitengewoon fijn om in deze villa te verblijven! Het is een ruime villa met een mooie tuin en een heerlijk zwembad. De keuken is erg goed uitgerust met meer dan genoeg serviesgoed voor 8 personen. Er is een grote supermarkt op 3 minuten loopafstand wat erg prettig is. Alicia is een erg behulpzame host en reageerde goed en snel op al onze vragen. De villa ligt een beetje buiten Sevilla in een heerlijk rustige wijk maar met de auto is het slechts 20 minuten rijden naar hartje centrum waar het ook gemakkelijk parkeren is. Ook de metro is een goede optie om naar de stad te gaan. We hebben een week door gebracht in de villa en we hebben ons er prima vermaakt!

Emplacement exceptionnel au coeur de la ville , accès à tout les établissement touristiques et restaurants très facile. Appartement sécuriser propre et spacieux , salle de bain rénovées et très propre également. Terrasse très sympa. Guide d’utilisation très pratique pour tout les équipement de la maison Rajouter quelques produits de toilettes (savon, gel douche, mouchoir etc) car trop peu pour un séjour de plus d’une nuit et peu être une bouteille d’eau supplémentaire pour que tout sois vraiment parfait

Très bon séjour à Umbrete avec une très chouette piscine et jardin. Alicia nous a donné plein d'informations utiles sur les restaurants alentours et sur les possibilités de se garer sur Séville. Merci !

We had a wonderful stay in Seville. The house is beautiful and in a perfect location. The rooftop and pool were enjoyed by all and it was a prefect stay for 2 families. Nice beds and bathrooms and well-appointed kitchen. Would definitely rebook on our next trip to Seville.

Excellent accueil. Maison spacieuse, très bien équipée. Parfaite pour une grande famille de 1à personnes. Une cuisine fournie pour les petits déjeuners pour plusieurs jours. Merci à vous Santa y Eduardo.

Awesome stay for our group of 4 adults and 6 kids. The rooftop patios are amazing with unreal views. The beds were comfortable and everything was super clean. Location was very walkable and close to everything. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Sevilla! Note the house consists of 4 floors so you’ll either be climbing a lot of stairs or using the elevator.

Manual is a friendly host and always available. We had some issues with the alarm and boiler by Manuel was able to help quickly. The house is clean although some small things might be improved for an even better experience. In the house everything was there, from washing machine to toilet paper. The location is in a suburb and not really cosy and fun but it is ideal to visit Sevilla and surroundings from a perfect location. I would definitely book again.

First of all, Manuel and Carmen are lovely hosts who were very helpful in the communication before our stay. Especially in coordinating the available amenities for the baby, their help was great. Upon arrival, we met them and they gave us a nice tour around the house. The place itself is great, exactly as described. There are three bedrooms, with a total of six regular beds; additionally, there were some sofa beds, I think. The surroundings and view are beautiful and the neighbourhood is very quiet. It is approximately 30 minutes to get to Sevilla by car, so getting a rental car is strongly recommended.

La casa di Nkoula è veramente perfetta per un gruppo numeroso: noi eravamo in 9 ed abbiamo usato le 6 stanze da letto disposte su 3 piani ed i 5 bagni a disposizione . Tutti gli ambienti sono puliti, perfetti e ben tenuti, la casa e2grandissima e le stanze hanno i letti molto comodi. La cucina al primo piano è molto bella e funzionale, perfetta per una colazione tutti insieme. Insomma abbiamo passato 2 giorni fantastici anche grazie alla cortesia di Nkoula e la sua bella casa . Grazie ancora, alla prossima vacanza nella fantastica Siviglia!!
