Magnificent mansion in centre town

Fantastic regionalist style mansion early twentieth century, recently restored, has a ground floor, first floor and attic, settling around two courtyards, one central and one rear. Downstairs are the living room of 45 m2., Cheerful kitchen and a bathroom on the first floor are four bedrooms, one with dressing room, and two bathrooms and finally in the attic is a bedroom with bathroom and access to a terrace of 40 m2. As sample materials, features hardwood flooring in higher plant floor and marble tiling in the bathrooms. Regarding your comment that facilities are of extreme comfort: water radiator heating and air conditioning units hot and cold in all units with separate thermostats (9 pcs.) And television sockets wired in addition to WIFI internet in all rooms. Small independent rural house in Andalusian style on an olive farm, 100 meters from the owners' house. The house is organized into a large studio with separate bathroom and equipped kitchen, with a large private terrace with deckchairs and barbecue. The use of the swimming pool is reserved for the guests of this house. We also have dogs who live on the property and they love our guets : so it's important to love dogs too! They sleep inside the owner´s house.
