The apartment is 45 m2 On the main floor, we have a loft with the living-dining room and the small kitchen, and the bathroom in the back. On the top floor, a wooden attic room with a double bed and exit to the 15 m2 terrace with table and chairs where you can eat or have an aperitif. The entrance, apartment and terrace are independent. Even if the entrance is autonomous, we are always here for whatever you may need. Only one pet is allowed, if you are traveling with more ask me beforehand!!

An independent room inside a house with a small bright terrace and a bathroom outside the room for private use. Only for one guest. The bed is very comfortable and there is a large closet and a desk. We speak English, we speak Italian. Local legislation requires to collect guest data at check-in.

Western Green Corridor Getaway

Independent, short-term, outdoor and very bright room. Located in the urban area. The ecological path can be traveled on foot, by bicycle or even by horse. Brunete is connected to central Madrid by two bus lines, the 581 to Príncipe Pio station and the 627 bus to the Moncloa interchange. Free parking at the house's entrance. The chickpea from Brunete has a designation of origin.

Very well connected, connected to the different modes of transport: Cercanías C5 (stop: Mostoles Central), MetroSur L12 (stop: Móstoles Central), Buses L1, L4, L5, 519, 520, 521, 523, 525, 526, 527, 498 etc... 5 minutes from Dia, Mercadona and Carrefour supermarkets. It's a room without an elevator.
