Vacation rentals with a balcony in Setubal

The reviews don’t lie. Home away from home. Bruno was there to receive us and gave us a nice orientation. Meticulously clean. They were so thoughtful in having toys for our daughters. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor without an elevator. We knew at time of booking so no surprise and only small inconvenience on day of move in/out with our suitcases. Location is ideal. Just be a little mindful of pickpockets. I would just leave all the valuables/IDs in the safe. You could communicate with host very easily throughout the stay.

The apartment is exactly as pictured, and is very clean. We stayed 17 nights and the intermediate cleaning was appreciated. Good quality sheets and luxurious towels. Excellent communication with the host who was always very quick to respond. The perfect location, near tram 28 and lots of restaurants. There are grocery stores within walking distance. We loved the view from the balcony. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay. The Fado E Fado nearby was short and a good taste. The trolly east-west walking to water was an easy way to see what everyone climbs up to see. The elevator by the grocery, out to right, goes to the castle with amazing funny peacocks, out the door to left is a public elevator at 3A that goes down 5 flights to zero on the next street to the west. Great way to get to the middle tourist zone. We had a drink on the roof of Hotel Chiado. Lots to see. The hole on the beach road with the small geyser when waves came under another high point.

We stayed 3 nights in Lisbon for a girls trip. Apartment was lovely, super clean and the bed were really comfy. Great location, could walk to town in 35 mins. Loads of great coffee shops a short walk from the apartment. Nathalie is a fantastic host and went above and beyond for us. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay for a few days in Lisbon. The apartment is very clean and has all the necessary amenities.

とても綺麗なお部屋で、観光地に近すぎず、でも便利な地下鉄の駅がすぐそばにあり、最高のロケーションでした。外観もお家の中もとても綺麗に整頓されており、心地良く滞在できました。 親友と2人での滞在でしたので、寝室が2部屋ということだけでなく、バスルームが2つあるという点もとても良かったです。5日間滞在したので、トイレットペーパーの予備やタオルの予備をもう少し用意して頂けるとありがたいですが、総じてとても良いお部屋でとても良い旅になりました。ありがとうございました！

Great place! Lots of cute stuff close by. Host communicated super clearly and left some recommendations too. As stated in the listing it is a teeny bit noisier on weekends but given bedroom is farther from windows wasn’t a problem for us but something to keep in mind if you’re sensitive to that. We didn’t hear anything on weeknights at all though.

A great location, we used this property for a team attending a conference at the FIL convention centre, the apartment was clean modern and the team were a joy to deal with.

All was well and it was a cozy home for a short stay, I appreciate the communication and promptness. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was exactly what we needed. The booking process and communication was so easy and very clear. The accommodation and rooms are all as described although some reviews mentioning the broken chairs are accurate. We had one unusable chair but we were only 4 people so not a problem. We were missing some of the items listed as included in the property listing such as washing up liquid, kitchen roll, shampoo. However we had our own shampoo and there is a supermarket opposite - and a Lidl very close by - so it was easy to get these things. We would definitely stay here again!

Um espaço muito bonito e uma casa muito prática. O melhor de tudo é mesmo a piscina e a calma. Bom para ficar pouco dias....pois não há muito que fazer na zona.

A estadia correu lindamente e gostei bastante. O apartamento corresponde ao anunciado. Estava tudo impecável.

Das Haus ist toll. Wir waren 1 Stunde früher als vereinbart da und es war noch nicht sauber gemacht - klappte aber dann gut und es war sehr sauber. Leider ein paar Kleinigkeiten im Aussenbereich bei Vorgängern kaputt gegangen - Schade. Ansonsten ein super tolles Haus, aber auch nicht gerade günstig.

Fantastic experience, and a great place to stay in Lisbon! You will be outside of the heavy tourist traffic in a neighborhood with tons of character. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and well furnished. Great views from the balconies, and the patio is great for sunset views of Lisbon. Our host arranged an airport pickup for us and check-in was smooth, with lots of helpful recommendations. There are great places to eat nearby, and several convenient mini marts to pick up the essentials for your stay. Overall, we could not have asked for more!

paid parking was confusing. located among great restaurants. catmandu was amazing. lots of people walking around. an eclectic neighborhood but felt very safe. views were amazing. quiet bldg amongst the hustle and bustle of Lisbon.

This apartment is a winner, and is exactly as described in the listing. Edite was a wonderful host that was avaliable by text to help on request for the duration of our stay. The location is great - very near the river, but far enough away that it doesn't feel crowded. Its an extremely walkable location, although there are both public transport options and cheap Uber close by. Highly recommended.

This was the perfect place for us in Lisbon. It was so comfortable — the perfect base for exploring and relaxing at the end of the day.

Appartement bien agencé avec de nombreux rangements et bénéficiant d’un garage ce qui est un plus , vu le manque de stationnement à l’extérieur . Spacieux et sécurisé .

We stayed at Chiara's condo in March 2025. The keyless entry was very nice as we did not have to worry about keys, however, keys were also made available to us. The condo was as described and we loved the cool vibe that her decor provided! The condo is in an excellent location within walking distance of restaurants, little supermarkets and attractions. Chiara provided us with a list of "must see" attractions and her favourite restaurants. She arranged an airport transfer for us which we appreciated very much! If we should travel to Lisbon again, I would not hesitate to stay here and will also recommend her condo to friends who may be travelling to the city!

Très propre, bonnes prestations, très comfortable, super emplacement, belle vue, entrée autonome moderne. Je recommande ! L’organisation pour l’accès au parking est malheureusement un peu compliquée: il faut préalablement rentrer dans l’appartement pour prendre le ticket du parking et c’est compliqué de se garer dans les ruelles à proximité de l’immeuble pour prendre le ticket et ensuite aller se garer. Je présume que c’est la seule organisation possible.
