Guesthouse vacation rentals in Setubal

The apartment is perfectly located near Rato and Principe Real districts. For our needs it was perfect for a stay, we booked the room with the en-suite bathroom so we had privacy. The room had a small terrace/balcony with an amazing panoramic view. We didn’t use the kitchen but it looked fine. The only negative thing was that the tap of the sink didn’t work but I’m sure it was just some unexpected issue with the water system - we had such a fun time I didn’t even care :) I give 5 stars. Thank you!

The rooms in this sweet hostel are simple and equipped with the most necessary. We felt comfortable here. The common areas (kitchen and bathrooms) are regularly cleaned and tidied. Good shower. There is coffee in the kitchen 😊

This apartment was the perfect place as we explored the area around Setubal! For other North Americans travelling in Portugal, be aware of a couple of things: The laundry facilities are a combo washer/dryer, not separate as we're used to, so get the instructions! Also, Portuguese homes typically don't need heating, so the place can get cold in January. Very good value!

Excellent amenities, possibly superior to what the listing looks like. Friendly and accessible staff, the accommodation has several rooms but has always given us a lot of idea of privacy. I recommend 100% visit, ideal for a group of friends, with plenty of leisure space and comfort.

Manuela is very kind and at the slightest problem, she is very responsive to the well-being of her hosts. Very beautiful area. I'll be back.

Great place to stay in Lisbon! Comfortable room, well equipped bathroom and kitchen, and lovely courtyard space. Quiet neighborhood. 5 minute walk to 759 bus stop to take you into central Lisbon. Supermarket close by. Common areas were cleaned daily. Great value. Esmeralda's homemade cake was an amazing treat! We would definitely stay here again.

Good for a few hours layover it was worth the price and amazing

We had an amazing weekend at the Casa da Malta, the space is great for many people and we who were afraid of the cold, ended up leaving the blankets in the car that were not necessary. The house has some to-do however. But nothing that greatly affects the experience. I even told Mr. Artur that as a photographer that the space deserved better photographs of the space, the current photographs do not reflect how funny and comfortable the space is. I recommend!

We had a lovely stay for 11 days, host family was so lovely and warm, the place itself was comfortable, clean and practical. It also felt very safe and private. Would 100% recommend and will visit again if we get the chance!

It is in the middle of the avenue, walking near all the shops and several attractions. The room is very soundproof and everything was really clean

Great location! Super clear instruction

everything was perfect, we had a great stay there, the room was quite spacious for Lisbon it's doable to use the transport to everything you need to see as a Tourist. Don't forget you have access to all the commons pieces the patio is a great addition. Tom was really nice and helpful would comeback 100% if we need to go back to Lisbon.

We stayed for one night in this awesome place, it combines the privacy of a hotel and the connections of a hostel perfectly! The room was nice and spacious, there was a shared kitchen and bathroom which were both clean and a nice place to hang out and talk with other guests! The hosts are lovely and very helpful, we would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

I had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was spotlessly clean, stylishly furnished (especially the art is just stunning) and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was perfect – quiet and perfect for me to work and yet still central, near the coast and lisbon was perfectly to reach as well as by car or by bus. I especially want to highlight the hospitality – Joanna was super friendly, helpful, and always available if I had any questions. She offered me some food because i came on a day an electric shutdown day, where it was more than chaotoic in the city, she gave me extra towls when my friends came over and she fixed problems immediately. I felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. Highly recommended!

This was by far the most extraordinary Airbnb family we’ve stayed with. Ricardo was extremely responsive from the beginning and helped us with everything from carrying heavy bags, giving us fantastic local recommendations, and answering any questions that we had. The space fit my group perfectly, was very clean and had a beautiful view of the area. It is walking distance to the beach and one of the area’a best beach clubs and close by to anything else you’ll need. I highly recommend a stay with Ricardo and family and will definitely be staying here when I return to Comporta!
