Our stay at José's was a complete success! The place was beautiful and the view of the horse meadow simply fantastic. We especially liked the lovingly prepared breakfast basket in the morning – a great gesture! Helping to feed the animals was also a real highlight, especially for nature lovers. The opportunity to take small hikes over horse and cow meadows made our stay perfect. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back if we are in the area!

We can highly recommend this accommodation! The house with the pool, great rooms and bathrooms as well as lounges was just wonderful. Everything has been thought of in the furnishings and equipment. We loved everything about this house! The sunset in the nearby lagoon made the stay perfect. Mafalda is a great host and communication was always friendly and extremely helpful. Roxo is a piece of heaven. Saskia and her husband have lovingly cared for the land for many years and put a lot of creative detail into creating two gorgeous cottages. The views from the cottage are incredible and there is everything you need to enjoy a restful break: fully stocked home, swimming pool, outdoor tables for day and night, lounges, hammocks, an orchard and trail along a creek. I came to hike, so I picked up my groceries before moving in and took advantage of all the hiking trails into the back country exploring new paths and taking in the beauty surrounding the cottage. Saskia was a lovely host and went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. If you want a personal reset or a gorgeous getaway with family and friends, this is a wonderful destination.

We enjoyed staying at this house.The decor is beautiful—stylish but still super cozy—and you can tell a lot of thought was put into how the space is set up. The beds were comfy, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. One of our favorite parts was the outdoor area. Having both a barbecue and a fire pit made it perfect for spending evenings outside, grilling food, chatting, and just enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The kitchen was also well stocked with all the utensils and tools we needed, which made cooking meals easy and enjoyable. The location couldn’t be better,just a short drive to some of the most beautiful beaches in Comporta, and close to amazing restaurants. Guillerme was a fantastic host. He gave us super clear instructions before check-in, shared great local recommendations, and checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. He was always quick to reply if we had any questions, which made the experience even better.

We had a lovely stay, the house is very pretty the furniture is complete and recent, there is everything you need and even a nice fireplace for grilling. The place is quiet, not far from the beach (by car) and small shops to do the commissions.

This place is excellent. The location and private pool make it a 5* spot. Some attention to the patio area (weeding etc) and some additional and newer kitchen equipment would be great, but this is a great Airbnb on the whole.

Paula was amazing, so helpful, went over and beyond to help us and provide us with lots of info. So friendly, offered to book restaurants for us etc The house is fabulous better than the pictures for location and peacefulness . Swimming pool was lovely all the outside sofas. The view of the mountains was just wonderful. You need a car to drive to village, best village is azetitio, lovely restaurants and shops. Great local cafe and very reasonable compared to london prices. We drove to different places and different beaches. Loved Lisbon 44 mins away. Cascais was a pretty town but too touristy. Comporta was amazing, super special, wonderful place to eat and unusual shops. We drove to it 1hour but you. A get a ferry from Setabul €35 for three people. Thank you Paula for a great stay.

Lovely stay for a few days, very safe and quiet neighbourhood. Place was tastefully decorated and just as pictured with a really responsive host! Would highly recommend staying here.

Our stay at Marta’s place was absolutely fantastic – a truly relaxing experience. Her home is a little slice of paradise, the perfect escape from the world where you can genuinely unwind. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa da Falesia. We were welcomed to the house by Renato and his wife. They were extremely helpful, explaining all the house details and giving us advice about the surroundings, places to visit, where to eat (we went 3 times to Tia Rosa) and buy essentials . The house is fully equipped, and even if there is no air conditioning, it kept cool and comfortable the whole stay, even if the temperatures outside were quite high (32C). The beach is three minutes away, by walk, accessible by a stair that goes down an amazing cliff, resembling a star wars scenery. The location was perfect for us, as it allow us to do some birding excursions at the trails of Lagoa de Sto André, and to the bird observation tower at Praia de Melides. It’s also close to Comporta, where you can find some nice designer shops (even if quite expensive), and Troia, where you can find a beautiful beach, where swimming is less challenging. We do hope to return one day.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Arrábida! The view of the sea is absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the sight of the ocean every day was a dream. The rooms have a sea view and were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and more — all the appliances were top-notch, which made cooking super fun and easy. We especially loved the fireplace in the evenings. Mariana made sure there was plenty of wood, and it made the space feel really cozy. Mariana was friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place!!

I went to Portugal with my children and husband to visit my family a little since they are half Portuguese. I chose the house for the large garden and the swimming pool, having two children loved it! But unfortunately the house had been poorly cleaned,we thought maybe it had been closed for some time! It was not exaggerated dirty, maybe with a vacuum cleaner, snot and a clean on the furniture, more comfortable sheets and a spray of scent for the house would have been top! Apart from this very small problem, the house was perfect. My daughter loved it even if she didn't play it, she really liked it, my son in love with the pool although unfortunately we always found wind and my husband loved the green space where he could go running every morning! Not being a local, maybe I would have chosen one more place in the city center so I can just go out a stone's throw or the thick one. But a home of my dreams

Beautiful large apartment! Ideal as a base for Lisbon by ferry. Glad there was also a terrace to sit outside! Nearby you have a bakery, a nice place to go for coffee or have breakfast.

Fantastic stay with Joana in her beautiful and serene Airbnb. Highly, highly recommend, the photos don’t do the space justice. Every morning, Joana prepares a delicious breakfast for her guests. There are lots of areas across the property to chill out and relax. Joana was super helpful with all her local recommendations. One of the best Airbnb experiences

Heli was very helpful, friendly and checked in on us to make sure everything ok. House and gardens were excellent with lots of facilities. Plunge pool was lovely and a great asset to the garden as was the covered seating area to get some shade when needed. Road was very busy traffic wise so a bit noisy at night from the front bedroom. Air conditioning in the bedrooms would be a bonus but fans provided in all rooms. Would highly recommend this property and will be back. Thank you Heli for a lovely, relaxing enjoyable stay x

Quiet house a 10-minute walk from Lagoa de Albufeira, a family beach to enjoy water sports. Ideal for couples. It is very comfortable with air conditioning and a 55 smart TV and a small kitchen with utensils. The best part is the outdoor area with a garden, barbecue and very clean pool. Several tables to enjoy the surroundings. Pedro was very kind at all times, he gave us recommendations for nearby areas and was attentive to anything we needed. If you're looking for a house in a quiet area and close to the beach, it's a very good option.
