Have a nap on one of the plush beds at this charming apartment situated in a historical building in the heart of Lisbon. The clean design and inviting ambiance are ideal for relaxing for a cosy night in after a long day outside exploring the city... We're proud to present you with a brand new cosy NEST located in the very heart of Graça neighbourhood - our favourite one in Lisbon! Fully refurbished and re-decorated in December 2017, this nest offers a super spacious master bedroom (queen sized bed!) with a balcony with great views to Largo da Graça. We're pretty sure you'll also find the second bedroom super charming and this one showcases beautiful views to the downtown and river Tagus ("Tejo"). The flat also offers a stylish dining room for you to enjoy your meals at home, and a super comfortable and cosy living room (with TV and sofa-bed) - perfect for relaxation after a long day of making the most of the city outside, but also a great to enjoy some quality time over a glass of wine or beer with your friends & family. A fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, espresso machine, water kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, you name it…) is at your disposal, as well as a bathtub bathroom with guaranteed trouble-free water pressure. Apart from all of this the flat is also equipped with a fast WIFI connection and Smart TV (100+ channels), so just grab a seat at the sofa or big chair and watch a movie / tv series logging in the TV to your streaming account. Did we also mention the charming location of our NEST? Indeed it is, as you will find our NEST located right within Graça neighbourhood, one of Lisbon's 7 hills (and definitely our favourite one). This hill showcases the most amazing landscape views over the city, so please do go for a coffee at the coffee shop next to Graça's church (it's a 2min walk from home) and get blown away by the views (you can also have fantastic views from "Miradouro da Sra do Monte" which is 5 minutes walking from the nest). At the door of the flat you'll have the historical 28 electrical tram line (you must jump in and take a right all the way down to downtown Baixa - or upwards if you're coming back home), but if you just prefer to take a walk (which we fully recommend) you'll find awesome places nearby, like the Alfama neighborhood and the Panteão Nacional (5 min), St. Jorge Castle (10 min away), Baixa downtown is only 15 min walking, and so many other city attractions... Does all of this sound interesting??? Come and check it out!!! Our NEST is located in a late 19th century building covered in white & blue tile so typical of our Lisbon. Being an historical building, there's no lift / elevator, which means you will need to take the stairs (it's a 3rd floor, but actually a quite easy climb). In any case, think on the positive side: this is just a small flavour to get you used to the 7 Hills City :) (probably you've already heard that this is one of the so many names Lisbon is known by...). And we guarantee the views from upstairs will be totally worth it!!! Our Guests comfort and well being is our top priority, so we'll always be in touch to make sure we respond asap to any request or doubt. The apartment is located in the heart of Graça, a lovely neighbourhood on a hill that showcases the best views over Lisbon. Lively during the day but quiet at night, and the famous 28 electric tram goes right past the door. If you're coming by plane to the Lisbon Airport (relatively close to the city centre), there are pretty much 3 options: (1) Taking a taxi / Uber: A good option is taking a Uber/Cabify (cheaper than the typical taxis). Please consider that Uber/Cabify drivers usually pick customers up at the Departure Parking lot - takes roughly 20/25 minutes to arrive to the flat (of course, dependent on traffic). (2) Via private transfer (similar to a taxi - journey will cost about 30€): This is the most comfortable option, and if you'd like, we can also help out arranging a private transfer with one of our partners directly from the airport to the Nest - the driver would be waiting for you at the Arrivals area with a board with your name. (3) Alternative option is to take public transports: - By Bus only (whole journey will take roughly 40/45 min): take bus "708" from stop "Praça do Aeroporto" to "Rua da Palma" (13 stops - about 20 min), and from there you can walk about 12 min (800 metres) until reaching the flat - bear in mind it's walking upwards from Rua da Palma. - By Subway/Tube & Bus (whole journey will take roughly 45/50 min): take the tube from stop "Aeroporto" to "Alameda" (Red Line only), and right outside the tube station there will be a bus stop where you can take bus "735" until stop "Sapadores" (6 stops - about 14 min), and from there you can walk about 7 min (650 metres) until reaching the flat - street level is horizontal all the way, so easier to carry your luggage. If you're traveling by car and you need a parking space, you can try parking in the streets close to the flat (currently free of charge), but since these are quite busy and it can be a bit difficult to park near the flat, the best option is to park at the following parking lot: - "Parque de Estacionamento Emel" at Damasceno Monteiro Street, 1 min walking to the flat (20€ / 24h). Apart from some exceptional situations, we're pretty sure we'll be there face to face to welcome you get on with the check in procedures. Nonetheless, our NEST is prepared for self check-in (we've got door codes for the building and the flat) for those rare situations when we will not be able to welcome you face to face. And we're always super flexible when it comes to early check-ins or late check-outs (free of charge), as long as the NEST isn't occupied by someone else.

New Chiado Studio the Epitome of Portuguese Charm

This studio is an open space with 1 double bed and one sofa bed, ideal for four people. It was completely renovated and full equipped, with one kitchenette with all the equipment’s that you need, TV, high speed Wi-Fi internet, etc. We provide towels and bedding clothes. Coffee machine, toaster, microwave, conventional oven, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine. This studio is located on the 2nd floor of an old traditional building and the access can be by elevator and stairs. The guest has access to all available areas in the apartment. I will of course extend Lisbon’s full hospitality and give all needed support to my guests to make them feel at home with suggestions as to tourist spots to visit, great restaurants, shopping and tips of how to get around our beautiful city. Please feel free to contact me to clarify any doubts or arrange anything else required. If you want an extra cleaning the cost is 40€. Extra towel cost 5€. Upon special request and additional cost, we can also arrange: - Babysitter services; - Baby cots; - Airport transfer; - Sightseeing tours; - Boat tours in Lisbon or Cascais; -.Sushi at home Any additional cleaning services required are at an extra cost of 30€. The studio is next to Pink Street, with plentiful transport links and local restaurants within walking distance. Stroll a little further to the Cais do Sodré along the river to discover the Mercado da Ribeira's great restaurants and food stalls. If you go by car, it has a public car park around 3 min by walk, cost around 20€ per day. The house has all public transports really near. You can go by Bus, Subway or Boat for any place you want. By Taxi: You can arrive by taxi from the airport to the main door and the ride costs about 20€ depending on traffic. From the apartment you can easily walk to many of Lisbon’s finest neighborhoods and public transport is easily accessible nearby. Public Transport: A metro station with 2 lines, Baixa - Chiado Metro Station, is the nearest, just 2 minutes walking distance as well as many buses that will connect you to everyplace in Lisbon. Train: Railway stations are also a short 5-10min walk away. From there you can catch trains to Sintra (from Rossio Station) or to Cascais (from Cais do Sodré Station) or even boat stations that can take you to the beaches around Lisbon. The Check-in's after 8 pm are charged a fee of 20 €, and please ask until if have availability. Is mandatory to provide the passport or total identification of all guests before your arrival or in the check in. This obligation is request by portuguese foreign services and borders (SEF).

The beach is a very short walk down the hill, about 4 minutes or less. Both bedrooms and also the living room have its own AC/Heating. There are so many beautiful beaches and wonderful things to see within a short drive away. The bigger town of Lagos is about 5 minutes' drive. Otherwise, there is a local bus from Luz to Lagos and beyond. There is a taxi rank by the village church. The nearest train station is in Lagos. Please note that the exterior entrance is shared with the next door apartment, once inside the entrance hall there are two doors to two different apartments. Please note there is no outside dining area or terrace. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbours. Keep in mind that this apartment (like almost every flats on the central old town) its located on tradicional building on third floor without lift. You will have access to the entire flat and we always set all the bedrooms and beds for you choose what is better for you. The neighbors are old, friendly, and most of them wake very early, please avoid to make noise between 23:00 and 07:00. Former fishing house on two floors with private courtyard. Architectural highlights in Moroccan style. Located in the beautiful old town center of Salema. The excellent beach is less than a one minute walk away. From the entrance you can access the open kitchen, living and dining area overlooking the oasis-like courtyard, which is attractively decorated with high-quality stone work. A small decorative pool (not for swimming) completes the cosy ambience. With a book in hand and feet in the cold water basin, you can relax and recharge your batteries on hot summer days. The bathroom with double shower and shower toilet is located on the ground floor of the house. The two open bedrooms upstairs are each equipped with a queen-size bed under the cozy sloping ceiling. Each bedroom has direct access to the sun terrace with lounge furniture. A great night's sleep. You can hear the wind in the palm trees and the surf in the distance. Guests have access to all areas as they rent the entire house. For all questions, we are reachable (mail and telephone) and have people on site who can look after the house and be helpful. Within 100 meters there are restaurants, bars, shops, kayaks and stand up paddling rental and a fish sale directly to Fang. Salema is a charming fishing village. From the beach, excursions by boat are offered. In the hinterland, the Monchique mountain range beckons with healing springs. Other activities include horseback riding, yoga, various water and amusement parks, water sports such as sailing, jet skiing or surfing. At Cabo de Sao Vincente you can experience wonderful sunsets.
