A pool heated to 29° from the end of May to the end of September with relaxation is at your disposal under the palm tree and parasols. You will have a private bathroom and toilet. The location is very quiet. The studio is air-conditioned, equipped with a TV with French and foreign channels, an integrated kitchen with dishwasher, a Senseo coffee maker and a kettle.

Located on the top floor of a secure residence with access badge, elevator, private parking, direct access to the pool (open from June 15 to September 25) and beaches. My apartment has all the advantages to make your holidays and weekends enjoyable. It has a capacity of 4 to 5 people. I just refurbished my apartment in June 2021.
