Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Sestola

fantastic apartment, large, clean and bright spaces. There were six of us, all very satisfied. Comfortable beds, equipped with various very useful things. I could be wrong but I didn't seem to see an emergency kit that could be very useful.

We stayed 10 nights in Alberto's apartment, during the Easter holidays, it was like staying at home. The apartment is really very nice and functional, and the hosts were exceptional. They gave us very useful information, if needed they were always available. If we were to stay in Porretta Terme in the future, I would immediately check the availability of Alberto's apartment.

Cinzia is very helpful and attentive. The house is cozy and well equipped, very clean. The slightly suburban location is great for those who love tranquility. Nice experience, I definitely recommend it.

Daniele is super responsive and kind person, the place is great! I highly recommend it!

Very good communication with Francesco who is very attentive. The accommodation is in a perfect location for visiting Florence, Pisa, the Cinque Terre. It is also well-equipped. The bedding is of good quality.

bianca's apartment is really very nice and well-maintained.... everything new and functional.... we felt at home.... the only thing: be careful not to turn on too many devices at the same time because the light goes out!

We stayed at Elton's for two nights for the carnival. The apartment was in perfect order and equipped with everything you need, in an extremely convenient location to access both the sea and the parade. It was also very convenient to have a reserved parking space. Elton was always available to provide all the necessary information. We definitely recommend it!

The house is easy to find and is very quiet in a relaxed atmosphere. The surroundings are spectacular in the middle of nature. Even so, one can easily reach the town and the shopping areas. Piero was very welcoming and discrete and gave us very good points about Bologna and the surroundings. We are taking into account coming back.

A truly restful and comfortable stay, but at the same time close to all amenities… It is also uniquely beautiful, with great attention to detail and cleanliness. It is equipped with ample space both indoors and outdoors with a lot of greenery perfectly kept and maintained with discretion… Equipped with everything necessary and not... perfectly clean and usable... what can I say... a real paradise managed by Unique People, Very Good at Everything and always Kind and Available... We had a super nice stay at the place! We would be greeted directly with a small gift basket. It was clean, had everything that was described and even more (playing facilities for my son) everything for washing laundry, etc. We were at various destinations such as Florence, Pisa, etc. and the cottage was a good starting point! :) If we had any questions or needed anything in general, we always received a response very quickly. I recommend the house with all my heart and would also go again for vacation :))

Excellent! Very hospitable hosts, every detail in the house has been thought out. The apartments are decorated so that every guest feels at home. Wonderful garden and decoration.

Lucia is a very warm and friendly host💕, and our dog also felt very welcome. The house delivers everything it promises and is the perfect place to relax. It is super nice and lovingly furnished, we didn't miss anything. Fantastic view. Sensational sunrises and sunsets included. The last few meters are steep and narrow, we had a 3-series BMW, so it was manageable, with a larger car it could be tight. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the house without reservations!

Very nice townhouse with large roof terrace designed down to the smallest detail. Beach and restaurants are within walking distance, a Michelin restaurant is just a few houses away. Great amenities and definitely something for design fans.

Loredana was an incredible host. There were 16 of us celebrating my birthday. She was super accommodating and kind. The villa is an oasis! It looks so much better in real life than in the photographs. We will be coming back! Thank you Loredana and Alessandro ☺️

Great family holiday in Prato, with easy access to Florence by train in 20 minutes. The train station is only 4 minutes walk from the apartment The apartment was as described, clean, modern, great location, owners very helpful. Close to shops/cafes/restaurants.

Great place and fab location, a stones throw from the station and 10 mins walk to a variety of shops , town, sea etc. Great shower, fully equipped modern apartment. Only criticism would be street noise early in the morning and beds were too hard for me as I prefer a softer supportive mattress. If you like a hard mattress, this place is a great find.

The property is clean and very functional, spacious enough for 4 people! An exceptional location! A few meters from the main boardwalk that runs along the beautiful beaches of Viareggio and its bagnos by ten. Exceptional restaurants like the "Pivot bistro di mare" or "l 'Amaro" are just a few meters away! And what about the communication from Gianmarco who was very good advice and who was always able to make himself available according to our needs! Friendly host, precise in directions and prompt in responses. The place matches the photos, super clean, tidy and equipped in every order and what. An ideal place to get away from the hustle and bustle and relax in the middle of nature Recommended!

I only stayed for one night but I can say that the place is wonderful, clean and the kitchen is very well equipped even though we didn't need to use it. In addition, parking in the garage is a convenience. Check-in was easy, quick and communication with Benedetta was great, available for anything. Our stay was perfect, and when we arrived the heating had already been turned on, kind gesture and did not go unnoticed. Thank you for everything and if I pass by the area it will be a pleasure to return.

Elena is an excellent host. She was flexible with our arrival time and met us at the apartment. She made sure we were comfortable in the apartment and neighborhood. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and close to the beach and promenade. The experience exceeded our expectations. We would gladly return.

It was just as listed. Perfect location to train and town center. Beautiful new interior and all the amenities you need. Felt very at home and can’t wait to book again. Prato is the perfect spot between larger cities to relax but still close enough to everything you need. Host (s) were extremely responsive and wonderful to deal with. Perfect trip !!
