The accommodation is in a small village in the mountains and we felt really good there! The view from the bedroom is breathtaking. Celia was very responsive throughout our stay. I would recommend this place :)

Wonderful spot in the heart of Porretta Terme! Beautiful village, walking distance to everything, close to the thermal spa. Charming apartment, felt like home, with a fairytale view of the river. I will be back! Thank you also for such care, kindness and hospitality. Wonderful all around :)

The stay went very well! Unfortunately, the house was very hot and we had to rely on fans. They have a dog that they often let roam free. I also risked running him over with the car several times (because I am a new driver and I always stopped the car and asked him to move away). They've always done it!) The nearest stocked supermarket is 30 minutes away. There is no freezer. The water on the upper floor and in the kitchen has low pressure. Despite all these shortcomings, the reason I say it went well is the kindness of Catia and her husband! In the evening, we saw fireflies. I gave 5 stars because I don't want to penalize this option for the availability of the host Catia.

So worth it to stay inside the walls. This is a great place for that!

Clean and comfortable apartment suitable for those who want to get away from it all. Surrounded by nature, a short walk from the main services. Paola was very kind, we hope to return!

Slightly secluded from the historic center but convenient to all amenities with the Cimoncino and Cimone slopes more or less equidistant. Apartment in a quiet and green setting with private fenced garden ideal for those with pets. Clean and functional environments. Alessia is always there if you need her. It was a pleasant discovery. We'll definitely be back. Also highly recommended by our furry four-legged friends😊

Our stay was incredible! This place is a gem. It’s peaceful, quiet and the atmosphere is so friendly. We brought our little girls with us and they were so sad to leave. The restaurant is fabulous- you have to go to pizza night! The pool was perfect. We had great communication with Sabrina. We hope to be back in the future:)

We had a great time at Sara’s place, she welcomed us in with some eggs from the hens that they keep in the garden. There’s lots of attractions for kids, like chickens, 2 donkeys and some furry friends, a playground that my daughter really enjoyed playing in and balls and toys. The apartment is beautiful, the grounds are so peaceful and the view is spectacular. There’s quite a bit to do within 30 minutes drive. I wish we could stay longer. I’d like to visit again in the summer 😍

Annalisa and her husband, Michele, were very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and even helped me get boxes for shipping and drying my clothes. The space is super clean and well organized. They have thought of everything. The mattresses were very comfortable and the space is peaceful. We slept really well. I highly recommend staying here!

Seemingly charming, clean and tidy. It was like feeling at home, maybe better. The tranquility of the area is heavenly. The view, although not direct on the lake, overlooks the valley and the hills lush with vegetation and trees, an enchantment. The encounter with the native animals was exciting.

My husband and I stayed with Alice and her family on Valentine's weekend and we were pleasantly impressed by the customer's attention, he provided us with lots of solutions for activities and restaurants to eat. The studio was equipped with everything you need, studied in every detail as all the charming decor. In the fridge there were all the products of their farm that said one better than the other (yogurt, cream cotta and puddings and milk of the highest mountain quality). It is mandatory to visit their farm because it is really worth seeing the love and passion that the family puts in the activity and above all a special thank you goes to Paolo the owner and father of Alice who enchanted us during the visit to the farm. What a fantastic apartment! I can’t recommend it enough. It’s in a great location (most main attractions a 10 min walk or less) It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was very secure and felt safe when arriving home late at night. The balcony was just wonderful with a stunning view of the Duomo. Very special in the early morning. We were welcomed by Paula who was very friendly and helpful with letting us drop our bags into the apartment before our check in time. This was a welcome relief after a long morning of travelling and meant we could explore the city more freely. Thank you so much Giulio & Veronica! I was very satisfied with Jacopo's accommodation. Kindness and quick response. Above all, I don't think I'll forget the view of the Duomo and Florence from the terrace. I miss it already.

This is a very spacious flat, which is beautifully furnished and has a lovely outside seating area. It is walkable distance to the old town and has a number of good cafes close by for breakfast. Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were quick to respond. Our group was a couple in their 60s and 2 in their 70s. We could not have walked from the station but Carolina described where it was best to catch a taxi and the whole process was very easy. Carolina then ordered us a taxi for our return to the airport, which worked very well. It was a great stay and I would thoroughly recommend this flat!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo’s place, really beautiful apartment, super sweet balcony. The perfect location, city center in walkable distance and beautiful neighborhood. Communication with Matteo was super nice, we could even check in two hours before the indicated check in time, which was really convenient! Thank you, we had a great time in Bologna!

We had a lovely 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment while my husband participated in a nearby tournament. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time in Bologna. Highly recommend!

Max was a thoughtful, responsive, kind and helpful host! We appreciated the care he took to make us feel welcomed and comfortable, the maps with suggestions for where to eat and what to do were a great bonus. We loved learning about his family history and staying in his family home - that was beautifully preserved and updated for our convenience! We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back again!

Easy check in and out. Beautiful space and much bigger than expected. Great place to relax and explore if staying in the city. Really no negatives, book it and be happy.

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

This airbnb is at a great location from which you can reach everywhere in the city by walking. Host is very warm hearted and always responded quickly. Kitchen and bathroom offer all the basic things you need. Apartment is on the ground floor. Air conditioning works well too. I really enjoyed my stay!

Friendly & super responsive host. Loved the Italian architecture of the building, but comfortable within the renovated interiors of the unit. Stayed in Time room with seniors & a child, had all necessary amenities. Great location, far enough from the chaos yet close to the main square & train station.
