There is an open planned kitchen with white units, and appliances including a fridge-freezer, a microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, electric hob with two rings and self catering kitchen utensils. There is a cosy living space with a sofa and table with chairs glass sliding doors opening into the lovely balcony over the beach road and with beautiful views right around the bay and the beach. Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe, one full bathroom, wc , washbasin and bidet.

"Apartament MelPins", 45m2 apartment, 1 bedroom, a full bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen and outdoor terrace. Adequate housing for 2 adults and a child up to 3 years old. Spacious and bright, completely renovated in 2022, with very nice and pleasant furniture: large living-dining room with a large window that opens onto the terrace. Lavendel Apartments is located 300 meters from Puerto Beach, in Colonia Sant Jordi. All apartments have a balcony overlooking the garden. They have satellite TV, a safe and a kitchenette. The cleaning service is offered every three days and is included in the price, so you will always have the apartment organized. Towels and sheets are changed periodically during the stay. They have a free and well-equipped space for their customers' bicycles.

Bonito apartamento con excepcionales vistas al mar. Está situado en pleno centro del Puerto de Alcudia, en una calle peatonal con acceso directo a la marina y playa de arena. Es una zona concurrida en los meses de verano (de junio a septiembre), entorno con abundantes cafeterías, restaurantes con terrazas y tiendas, normalmente abiertos en verano hasta las 12h de la noche, pudiendo provocar un poco de ruido ambiental de calle.
