I thought it was an incredible place for rest and peace of mind. We spent 6 wonderful days. The magical house with the fireplace and the outdoor area with the views. The area has many easily accessible routes to walk and see the animals in the area. The house's location is perfect for rest and privacy. The house has everything you need to make you feel great. Javier is a 10-star host, attentive, polite, friendly and very approachable. We will definitely visit your house again Javier and that wonderful area.

Excellent host, he picked us up in a nearby village since we didn't have a car to get to Chulilla. He instructed us on where we could start the hiking trails and the history of the town. We spent the weekend at Arturo's place with some friends and it was amazing. The super clean and tidy house, comfortable, practical, cozy and perfect location to disconnect from the city and be able to make routes around. Communication with the host was unfortunate at all times and self check-in. The house has absolutely everything to spend a few days at home. I love how the house has been rehabilitated, keeping the essence of an old house, but updated with everything you need to make it a comfortable, practical and current home. I'm sure we will be back with family or friends. Thank you for all of Arturo.

We had an amazing weekend, from Friday to Sunday. We enjoy every moment! The house is just as it looks in the photos: spacious, comfortable and very nice. We were eight people, an infant and a dog, and we felt totally at ease, even with space to spare. It has two floors, several bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a beautiful outdoor area with pool and barbecue. It is fully equipped with everything you need: tableware, towels, sheets, pillows, TV and air conditioning in different environments. For the date, we didn't get to use the pool, but there was some sunshine and we took advantage of the outdoor area. In addition, it has a library with books and up to a high chair for the baby. Communication was excellent, always friendly and helpful. Definitely a perfect place to relax and enjoy. We would repeat without hesitation! Thank you very much Adela :)

Aurora is a delight, always communicative, and offering to help. We didn't have the Nespresso coffee maker because we brought capsules, and the next day first thing she had it available for us. The house is cozy, clean and great to spend a few days with friends and family. It's a pleasure to have people who open the doors of their house with such affection and hospitality. Without a doubt, it's one of those places that envelops you. Everything is well decorated, its patio is very nice for a BBQ or Paella, and the cellar where they have the wine jars takes you back to another era, a real treat!!!

Small but very cozy apartment with everything you need to stay, clean and rest, the kitchen has everything although small it does not lack anything, I really liked the rustic style, nothing bad to say if for doing so would be a recommendation, the placement of the TV from the sofa is not visible, with a rotating support it would be arranged, the quiet neighborhood about 20 and a few minutes from the center of Cuenca, the church, hanging houses etc., very recommended and Óscar was very attentive

Lots of peace and tranquility. We were a group of 10 people and a dog, and we felt very comfortable and with plenty of space. The three-story layout made the different spaces independent, and those who wanted to stay up late didn't disturb others. The dining table, once opened, allowed all 10 of us to sit comfortably. We couldn't enjoy the outdoors due to the typical winter temperatures, but from what we saw it was very well prepared for BBQ and outdoor activities. The house is situated in a residential development on the outskirts in the highest area, which gives beautiful views, and the night sky was amazing. Teresa always responded very quickly to our questions and the self-check-in was very comfortable. As a constructive criticism, perhaps mention that it would be fantastic if bath towels were included. Without a doubt, if we return to the area, we would stay there again

Wonderful! The house is in a secluded village, ideal for disconnecting from the noise of the city and has everything to work. The pellet stove is a great touch. In the same village there is a hiking trail that we did with our dogs and it was great. Sergio was very communicative at all times. We'll definitely be back!!

The people are kind and welcoming, and there are a couple of bars that can cater to your needs. Isabel and Santi are very nice and attentive hosts. They live just below and are for all the questions that come up. The place is amazing!!! It is beautifully conditioned for cold and heat. It has all the necessary utensils, the bed is very comfortable and the jacuzzi and views are unbeatable. The car can be parked at the gate and there are a couple of restaurants in the village. We will repeat for sure!!!

We've been staying at this listing for a month with three adults and a baby. The photos they show are completely true, the pool is a wonder, the views are great, the house is just outside the village and you have absolute privacy on the estate. Antonio and the people in charge of the house have been aware of us at all times, there is a person who does the maintenance of the pool daily in the morning and it is a pleasure to lift and that is ready, in addition he is a charming man. The house has everything you need. Absolutely everything, the kitchen is fully stocked and it's wonderful to have dinner outside. We have been successful in choosing this place for the month of July and after seeing it we are sure it will only be the first time. Recommended :)

We had some amazing family rest days!!. Ricardo's house is a very quiet place in the middle of a small town, where time passes slowly., being a perfect place to rest and unwind a little. The house is very nice and with beautiful views and everything worked perfectly...a really very pleasant space. We took the fireplace, enjoyed board games, cooked...we had the perfect place to enjoy a few days with the family. The recommendations that Ricardo gave us, were very suitable, since the location of the house allows places of great historical interest to be visited, as well as beautiful landscapes and excellent restaurants.
