Great experience in the stay and great breakfast. The only "bad" is the parking since the paid ones are quite expensive and the white areas are a little far away. In the north area of the old town and in the MUPA area we saw that there is quite a lot of free parking.

Great place! Right in the historic area.... Easy access and within walking distance to all areas of beautiful Cuenca!!

Second time I have the possibility to stay in the apartment. Everything was great as always. Maximum attention to detail, a very quiet and pleasant place.

The room is even better than in the photos, very spacious and clean ,the beds and pillows very comfortable, nice views, we had a great stay, my only glue is that I missed the heating in the evenings and in the morning in the bathroom , maybe because I come from the heat zone. But despite it we love to come back for sure

hello, compared to the neighborhood and the city it was a little more expensive there were €30 hotels per night Otherwise I had a very nice quiet night.

The location is very good, the place clean, aseado and very friendly the owner.

Extremely clean rooms, Javier very kindly showed me the only place open for food in the area, because it was a local holiday. Very quiet once all the locals had gone to bed, unfortunately I didn't sleep well, that was only because my motorcycle was parked on the street outside, luckily it was still there in the morning!

Very good host, super attentive, he provided us with all the information Very clean room. Javier told us about routes to walk in the middle of nature, we had an unforgettable long weekend, thank you for everything, we will be back!
