We had a wonderful stay at Theresa's place! The apartment was simple but very cozily furnished, so we immediately felt comfortable. In the kitchen there was everything you need to cook comfortably. The apartment was absolutely clean and maintained. Parking right in front of the door was super convenient. We especially enjoyed the magnificent views and the quiet atmosphere – perfect for relaxing. Theresa is a very warm and friendly host. We would definitely come back again and can only recommend this place! Thank you for the time :)

Katharina is a very nice and helpful host and I felt very welcome. The apartment is beautiful, very stylish and lovingly decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean. It is centrally located and yet quietly located in a dreamy little villa with an equally beautiful cafe. For me it was the perfect stay!

We were traveling with a larger group of girls. The space was optimal for this. We had several small bedrooms with two to three beds, all of which were prepared with a lot of love. We particularly liked the large kitchen in the lower apartment. Here we could sit together for a long time in the evening. However, those who wanted also had the opportunity to go into the bedrooms. For us, it was a great stay and the division with 12 people in the two apartments and two bathrooms was great.

We had a lovely time, the place had everything we needed. Petra was very responsive to any questions we had.

The house on the edge of the forest is beautiful. Inside it is great, with the sauna/bar room just great. The garden, with barbecue area and the canopy next to it invites you to barbecue in fine weather. You can go hiking directly and enjoy nature! It was just perfect!

Stayed here for a few nights over new year’s and we loved it. The hosts (owners) are really lovely people and we found everything in the apartment to be great and well equipped. Just be prepared to drive as groceries are not so nearby. But to be expected with a location like this.

The apartment is very nice, everything is clean and the furniture is extremely appealing. The location is excellent. However, the address was a little confusing, so we didn't find the cottage immediately in the evening after a long drive as it was a different address. Still, it was a great stay, thank you so much! :)

What a beautiful place to stay! It’s slightly out of town but a beautiful walk down to Innsbruck. There’s also a very easy bus down to town that runs regularly.

We felt incredibly comfortable in the apartment. There is a separate entrance with a cute little terrace. The equipment of the apartment is really super good. You don't need anything because everything is set up and thoughtful down to the last detail. An excellent place to stay, a lovely clean airy apartment with beautiful views (including a waterfall) in a lovely quiet location with great access to Arosa! Thoroughly recommend!

Was a great vacation with mega views in a large and nicely furnished apartment. Highly recommended. For the cleaning staff we give a 4/5 stars, as the dishwasher was not emptied upon arrival and there was a foreign sock on the heating body in the bathroom.
