A beautiful, cozy house in fantastically beautiful surroundings high above the valley with direct access to the ski resort.

For us, the apartment was perfect as a family with adult children, as each bedroom had a small, private bathroom. The view from the balcony is unbeatable and you can sit in the afternoon sun. The kitchen is small but equipped with everything. It was very quiet. You can walk to the supermarket in 1 minute, where there are also fresh rolls. The Patscherkofelbahn is very close to skiing and also in Innsbruck you are in 15 minutes. The communication was always very quick and easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

We wanted a few days of peace and beautiful nature and were just right. The cottage has special retro charm, there is everything you need. The two of us found it perfect. Unfortunately we were unlucky with the weather, but the view and the great tiled stove also make longer stays inside pleasant. The surrounding area is wonderful for hiking, even in the rain just a great landscape. Armin was very friendly and helpful, thank you.

Lovely cottage in a peaceful retreat. The ideal for total relaxation in the heart of nature. The cottage is well equipped and functional.

Nick’s house is beautiful. Very high end house, fully equipped with everything. Very comfortable for big group, very clean, stoked with everything you may need. Truly 5 star place. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for upscale place to stay when skiing Ischgl.

It was great. My family and I stayed for almost a week. I highly recommend it. The ski area is a short drive away.

Thank you very much for this wonderful place and that we were able to spend such a great vacation here. Nothing is missing - even children's plates and a bunch of games are provided. The area with the many farms, the village of Serneus - magnificent for us. The chalet does not leave any requests open. It is very cozy, very neat and really tasteful. For a 3-generation family, it had enough retreat, indoors, outdoors, in the sauna. We appeal to all future guests to treat the house and its generosity (from spices to toilet paper, to games, simply everything available) with care. We will be happy to come back.

A group of 5 adults, we all had plenty of space to relax. Beds were comfortable. We found it easy enough to walk to the town center for food and drinks. The chalet was a great jumping off place for Zugspitze, Mittenwald, a day trip to Austria, and castles (as long as you have a car). Of course there are many interesting attractions nearby as well.

Great host and great place with amazing views, will be back hopefully…

Beautiful house. Very modern and comfortable. Everything in excellent condition. We stayed out of ski season but plenty of nice walks near by. Sauna excellent. Very good communication from host. One of our best stays in an Air b n b.
