The apartment is very comfortable, with everything you need to spend a few days in such a beautiful area as the Ribeira Sacra. To highlight the comfort of the beds and the views of the apartment, a luxury when you want to rest I would definitely repeat again. The apartment is very good, everything is very new, very well kept and tasteful. Very easy access through a key. Very quiet area just outside O Barco, if you like to walk, 10 minutes to the village. Everything's great! If I go back to the area, I'll stay here again.

Melissa’s place was exactly as you see and although it could appear a little old fashioned everything is functional and spotlessly clean, with excellent WiFi reception. It is very secure, being in a gated enclosure and we appreciated this. O Paramo is in the countryside but not too far from Lugo or other towns for shopping, however we didn’t find any local restaurants. There is a Pulpo festival twice a month in the village which is definitely worth a visit if you enjoy octopus. Melissa and her husband were perfect hosts and were very generous with produce grown in their large garden. We would highly recommend and stay again if we visit Galicia. Thank you Melissa.

We were 6 adults, 2 children and a baby. The location of the house is very good, on the banks of the river sil. There is a park and a restaurant right in front. The house is very cozy, the underfloor heating is very warm in winter. If you go with children, you have a game room downstairs with a very large living room, board games, foosball, darts, etc. The kids had a great time!! It also has a heated pool, great for a swim!! Ideal place if you're visiting O Caurel. We did the Courel route to O Cebreiro passing through Folgoso and Seoane do Courel. We were struck by how well preserved the mountains are. On the way back we visited Las Médulas in León. Monica and Orlando were very friendly and helpful at all times. Highly recommended!!
