Apartment with excellent location, overlooking the sea and close to the beach. The photos correspond to reality. Spacious,well furnished apartment, good cuisine. A wonderful balcony overlooking the sea . Jaqueline is very attentive and answers questions quickly . We had temporary problems with the water supply, due to large consumption, because it was the time of New Year's, and the city still does not have an ideal infrastructure, but it was promptly resolved. I think this tb was the cause of the little water flow from the shower .

Everything excellent, the apartment is as shown in the photos, easy access, has everything around, the owner is always available and concerned with the guests, huge balcony to enjoy the view, and relax, quiet, everything is the same as in the photos. Super recommended and I'll be back for sure.

We loved the place. The commodities of the house were many. We were greeted with everything extremely clean and well. We felt at home. The House has all the facilities and is very comfortable. The photos match what was observed, but personally the house is much more welcoming. 25 meters from a calm beach, to spend with the family. Everything was perfect in the accommodation, equipped with everything you need to enjoy the beach, which is 50 meters away. A gazebo with a barbecue, disc burners and 1 bathroom. Laundry room with pool and washing machine. We stayed 2 more days and Samuel made it easy for us to make a new reservation. Everything was impeccable, congratulations on the accommodation

Great house, good location. We were with three children and were able to walk to the beach. There is a market, pharmacy, ice cream parlor and restaurant very close by. The host (Rogério) responded quickly to messages and was very attentive.

The house has exceeded our expectations! The location is excellent, very close to the beach and the region is very quiet, perfect for those who want to relax and enjoy peacefully. One of the highlights of the house was the leisure options — it had a ping-pong table and billiards, which ensured fun with the family, even on a rainy day. The structure of the house was in great condition, everything well organized and clean, exactly as in the listing photos. It was a very pleasant stay and we would definitely come back. The house is better than the photos, clean, comfortable and with all the utensils needed for a comfortable stay. The location, with a barbecue facing the sea and standing on the sand was an incredible experience, it could roast meat and dive into the sea between a spike and another. The side-by-side restaurant is wonderful, and has 2 very close markets, one is from Grasiela's father-in-law, they are super helpful and willing to help with everything possible, they loaned me even a stove to fry fish. We were in 4 adults and 2 children, the beach is perfect for children, it is not very busy and the sea is very calm. In short, the house and the place are so good that I tried to rent another week, I just didn't stay because the house was already rented. We loved the house and would definitely come back.

We spent the Easter holiday in Balneário Camboriú, we love the stay. excellent location, very clean and organized. The condominium offers many options, the house is spacious and accommodated everyone well. The showers have poor contact, when you turn one on the other turns on automatically. In the kitchen, we felt the lack of a bread knife and also a meal knife. There were 8 of us and there were 7. There was a room where the lamp was burned out, but it was quickly resolved with the help of the doormen, who were very helpful and kind. I recommend it for large groups (8 people and also for families with children). The beach is very beautiful too. We recommend it.
