Wonderful family weekend at Casa do Araçá!! The house is very wide, cozy and airy. All were very well accommodated in the 6 air-conditioned rooms, linen and bath towels. All very clean and organized! The kitchen is very well equipped and the dishwasher makes it easy. For leisure, the beach is beautiful and peaceful. The kayaks and stand-ups had a lot of fun for the family. My son also played a lot in the leap. A special highlight goes to Rose and Sandra, hiring them was a great choice, because the food is delicious, the house was clean and we could enjoy the day at the beach. They even make dessert!! Livia is also super attentive and passes on all the necessary information. It really is a foot in the sand!

What a paradise!!! Sometimes all we need is to watch the sunrise without having to get out of bed and relax in a jacuzzi looking at the sea with the people we love. I accommodated my family for our big day and everyone was enchanted by the structure. We really want to come back to enjoy more. Herlon and family welcomed us so well that we felt at home. He indicated delivery partners, grocery, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, drink.. in addition to the convenience that is offered in the house. We were missing nothing!! Not to mention bride's day in this place! It was amazing!

Excellent location and extra clean environment. For us it was a problem the courtyard was shared, in the ad it said private, as we took our dog, who needed to be trapped inside the house when we went to the beach, since animals on the beach are not allowed in the city. Bed linens were missing, but we turned around with what we had. Deixo as a suggestion to change the cutlery and glasses, which are already dappled by use. But overall it was really good.

The house is great! Almost a private paradise. Although simple, it is very well equipped, has a huge and incredibly well-kept garden and the best possible location. The great luxury is spending the day in contact with the sea and nature. We loved it and will certainly be back.

The neighborhood is growing, with many constraints. The beach is just 100 meters away. We will definitely be back here. Thank you so much.

The house is wonderful, with several bedrooms and bathrooms, it was very clean and equipped for our use, with blankets available, clean towels, kitchen items. Although the listing says it is 20 minutes from the beach (walking), we found it even closer and with a nearby market, which helps a lot too. It is safe with a controlled gate, which left us at ease with a child. Everything else was amazing, we had great days there and Meri (host) was very kind and responded very quickly.

Beautiful apartment! Very clean and tidy! We really felt right at home! And 1 block away there are 2 supermarkets and several restaurants nearby… the host Pamela is always very friendly! I would come back❤️

The apartment is very organized and equipped, the host thinks of every detail for the accommodation, left a box of chocolates and water for us to welcome us and left a soap in the bathroom. The host is well organized, a week before he passed on all the necessary information for our stay. I recommend the apartment.

Our stay was perfect, the house was clean and organized, they were helpful for any eventuality, we liked it very much, the experience was 10.

Proper place to rest, quiet, with great outdoor living space. The pool was clean. Several utensils for use in the kitchen, except for the lack of maintenance of the closet doors. As a suggestion, there is no small repairs in different parts and rooms of the house. Worth the stay.

I recommend it, it's exactly the same as in the pictures, right next to the beach and center of the resort! Perfect location for cost benefit!!!

Hello, I'm from Goiânia and we booked the house to spend Christmas and New Year's Eve with the family. We loved the stay, the house is new, everything is very clean and smells good. New towels and sheets, the kitchen was very complete, we didn't miss anything. Well-ventilated rooms, the ground floor room was very spacious, the pool and hot tub were always clean, the guy cleaned every day in the morning. The beach is very beautiful and clean. And very close to the house. We really enjoyed the stay, and it exceeded expectations in everything. The owner was very attentive and always responsive. We intend to come back again and again.
