It exceeded our expectations, a wonderful place, the beach is practically in the backyard of the house. Everything super clean and organized. Large and cozy house. Very helpful and attentive hosts, family atmosphere, we were very well received.

The house is wonderful, with several bedrooms and bathrooms, it was very clean and equipped for our use, with blankets available, clean towels, kitchen items. Although the listing says it is 20 minutes from the beach (walking), we found it even closer and with a nearby market, which helps a lot too. It is safe with a controlled gate, which left us at ease with a child. Everything else was amazing, we had great days there and Meri (host) was very kind and responded very quickly.

Definitely an excellent place, parking, close to the most beautiful beaches in the area, the hosts and the wonderful place, I would definitely return without hesitation. Maicon and his wife Nil waited for us until 12 at night to greet us personally and hand over their accommodation, which from the first moment was spectacular, the house has spacious, clean and very well maintained spaces, it was very close to all the beaches, and the sector was great. I would recommend this place for a group of friends and family who want to make their stay and vacation unforgettable. I would absolutely recommend this magical and dreamy place.

Check-in was self-contained, so check-in times and more are simplified. The place is just like the photos and even better, we had an incredible time. The 2 kitchens (super complete), 4 bathrooms, and outdoor spaces are highly valued. Separate point for the living room with a huge TV and super comfortable armchairs, if you have a rainy day you have somewhere to spend it. You can tell a lot about the effort made at the accommodation, we would definitely come back.

We stayed at Mr. Jorge's house for 45 days, and Impeccable is the first word that comes to mind. Very clean, fragrant, comfortable, spacious and functional. Fully equipped kitchen with crockery, cups and various utensils; brand new first-rate appliances. The beds and sofa are super comfortable. The windows make the house airy and bring light and sun (in the morning and afternoon). Yard in the front and back of the property. Everything in the house was carefully thought out to provide the best "welcome." Residential neighborhood, quiet and safe. It offers very diversified shopping, everything is very close. The beach is about 900 meters away, and for those who like to walk it's perfect. Anyway, it's all good. Thank you, Mr. Jorge and family, for your care and hospitality! See you next time.

I stayed at Michelle's house with my husband, our two adult children and our two dogs for 3 nights. This house is really a haven of peace, the kitchen is very well-equipped. You can also cook outdoors, which for me was paradise. The house matches the description 100%. There's a full bathroom outside, which is really very practical. The garden is completely fenced, so it's very safe for dogs. Michelle was very available and responsive during our stay to answer our questions.

great place, close to the beach did not need to use a car, 2 minutes of walking was already on the sand, I felt at home, the garage was tight for my SUV because it has 7 seats but still I can park in front of the building not needing to leave the vehicle on the street, I recommend and I will certainly stay again.

Townships great instructions. Building structure is amazing tbm. We use the gym and air-conditioned pools. Super family atmosphere. The location is amazing too, the structure of the building has pharmacy and shops. In 2’min you are on the beach. The building's staff are very friendly as well.

The apartment is wonderful, from comfort to tranquility, everything perfect, very organized and clean. Super peaceful and calm district, all like supermarkets and nearby walks.

The stay was simply wonderful! The space is even more beautiful than in the photos, super clean, well decorated and with a very welcoming energy. The bed was extremely comfortable, and all the rooms were impeccable. The location is also excellent, with easy access to everything I needed. I stayed 4 nights,with my son and my husband,and we liked the stay very much and the host Fabrício was very helpful,always responded quickly.The condominium is very complete, reception staff were very friendly and gave several tips of places,plenty of leisure and fun options,and not to mention that the Bombinhas beach is all good,we enjoy and have a lot of fun, I recommend the beach 🏖️ and the apartment of Fabrício and Andréia , when another opportunity arises, we will return for sure.

Very good accommodation, in a safe area Close to downtown, to the beach , to bakery and convenience stores. It has several dining options in the area. The apartment is super equipped, at the level of a hotel

Wonderful family weekend at Casa do Araçá!! The house is very wide, cozy and airy. All were very well accommodated in the 6 air-conditioned rooms, linen and bath towels. All very clean and organized! The kitchen is very well equipped and the dishwasher makes it easy. For leisure, the beach is beautiful and peaceful. The kayaks and stand-ups had a lot of fun for the family. My son also played a lot in the leap. A special highlight goes to Rose and Sandra, hiring them was a great choice, because the food is delicious, the house was clean and we could enjoy the day at the beach. They even make dessert!! Livia is also super attentive and passes on all the necessary information. It really is a foot in the sand!

Best of all, the location, you seem to be staying in the sea. In addition, it is very central, close to supermarkets, restaurants, etc. You don't even need to take the car. The negative points were the garage, which has a very narrow entrance and if your car is lower it simply does not enter (which was the case with my brother's BMW, who had to sleep on the street in front of the apartment and we still heard some insults from a neighbor in front). The second point is the maintenance of the house. The second floor is very large but needs repair. Loose cabinet doors, some cracks in the wall and barbecue (do not match the photos). And they are simple things that could be taken better care of, but I highly recommend the place because it really is worth it for the location and the view of the sea 100% of the time!

The place is clean, very cute and super well equipped — perfect for a getaway from the big city and relaxing in the midst of nature. The decor is charming and welcoming, and you can see the care in every detail. Some important points to mention (not negative, but worth knowing): the black chalet's staircase is very narrow and steep, in the Santos Dumont style. So, after a few glasses of wine, it's best to take it easy on the way up! People with mobility issues may have a harder time. The cell phone signal doesn't work and the local internet fluctuates a lot, but if the idea is to do a digital detox, the place is perfect. The bed is firm, maybe a little different than what we are used to, as it is the type that does massage. It's worth stretching well before bed! It's a long way from Porto Alegre (it takes about 8 hours by car). Overall it was a great experience.

Wonderful apartment, everything is new, just as it is in the photos, excellent location to do a lot on foot. The view is sensational in all rooms. It has all the utensils you need, the hostess even leaves treats. I loved the stay and hope to return soon.

beautiful house. We went with family 5 days and we would have liked to stay 5 more days at a minimum. The house is beautiful and the best location does not exist. He made us super friendly and he was attentive to us and that we would not be missing anything throughout the stay. A luxury to find Airbnb like this.
