Vacation rentals with a patio in Seo-gu

Bonn and Ann were incredibly helpful and easily reachable from the very beginning. The house was very close to the Hongdae and Hongik University area and was in great condition. It had everything you might need in a home. The house was quite spacious, easily accommodating 4-5 people. As an espresso lover, having a coffee machine and grinder was an extra delight!

I was worried when I went in because the building was old, but it was really, really clean inside, and it was the best air bnb I've stayed so far. The place is really clean. The bedding was comfortable, it was clean, and I slept well. The heating is also hot and good. I really felt like I knew why the reviews were good. Still, the only downside is that the building is old, so I'm a little scared when I go in. Still, there's a convenience store on the first floor, and there's an elevator, and once you enter the accommodation, it's a very cozy accommodation with the same detailed photos, so I was completely satisfied!! If I have to stay at the accommodation again next time, I will come here!!! I had a good stay. Thank you ~

I had an amazing stay at 혜수’s place! The accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures, clean, peaceful, and with a welcoming, home-like atmosphere. I specifically chose this spot for its cleanliness and the relaxing ocean view, and it did not disappoint. All the amenities were thoughtfully provided, making my stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The location was ideal: very central and close to a range of restaurants and cafes, which made it easy and fun to explore the area solo. Plus, it was close to the airport, which was a huge bonus since I had an early flight out of Incheon. 혜수 was a fantastic host, friendly, responsive, and always available to help. Even the staff at the convenience store downstairs were warm and helpful, adding to the welcoming vibe. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and relaxing getaway. Namin and Jake are great hosts, kind and welcoming. Communication is easy, everything is very well organized and the instructions are very clear. The stay guide is very helpful. The accommodation is impeccable, with all the essentials and small touches (water, soap, snacks, coffee...). And the rooftop is a real plus! The accommodation is a little off the tourist areas but easily accessible thanks to the nearby metro. The neighborhood is quiet and there are small streets nearby with great restaurants. We will keep fond memories of our stay. Thank you so much!

It was a really nice place! I felt like the host cared a lot about every single accessory and the whole interior. There was a karaoke machine with the latest songs, an apartment, and a hot water boiler. It was a really good house with everything. It's much prettier in real life than in the photos. I had a really good rest!!

Martin and Amanda's house was a PERFECT base for our Seoul adventures. Spacious, big windows, two lounge areas, and very comfortable beds. The location is perfect, with a bit of life from the hostel across the street, and short walks to great coffee houses, yummy local restaurants, public transportation, and the busy Hongdae shopping and nightlife. Our group of 2 adults and 3 teenagers had a GREAT time! Amanda and Martin provided lots of local recommendations and advice and helped us create memories for a lifetime.

We picked this location because of the location coming from ICN and using the AREX (All Stop) you get off at Hongik University and then a short walk to the accommodation. Hongik University is also on line 2 so getting around Seoul is pretty easy. The apartment is cosy, warm and clean. Due to short duration of this stop we only managed to see the palace and the museum next door. Experience all you can eat Korean BBQ, fired chicken, Myeongdong Market and too much shopping as the kids were pretty much burnt out by the few weeks in Japan beforehand. Communications are good and would 100% come back to this apartment when I’m next in Seoul.

We loved our stay! The apartment is beautifully decorated and furnished. There is a lot of attention to details to make it convenient and even with notes to help even if you do not speak Korean. We also enjoyed the neighborhood and the closeness to the convenient station Yeosinnae that has several subway lines and GTX.

Lovely place to stay. Great house with comfy beds, big kitchen and nice bathroom. Also in a fabulous area with lots of restaurants and cafés nearby. The bakery round the corner is worth a visit too. Michelle is an excellent host - friendly and very communicative. Would love to stay here again.

I had a good time with my friends at a good place to stay! As pictured, the house was really neat, and the modeling was really pretty, so my girlfriends were very satisfied~ The best thing was that there were 3 bathrooms, so it was comfortable, the host responded so kindly, and it was really quiet around, so it felt like a vacation~!! It was so comfortable that I didn't want to go home! I'd like to recommend it to other acquaintances. :)

It was quite a good and cleanly accommodation. Chuck was super friendly and proactive in regard to the communication. The apartment can fully be recommended.
