Vacation rentals with a patio in Seo-gu

Bonn and Ann were incredibly helpful and easily reachable from the very beginning. The house was very close to the Hongdae and Hongik University area and was in great condition. It had everything you might need in a home. The house was quite spacious, easily accommodating 4-5 people. As an espresso lover, having a coffee machine and grinder was an extra delight!

I was worried when I went in because the building was old, but it was really, really clean inside, and it was the best air bnb I've stayed so far. The place is really clean. The bedding was comfortable, it was clean, and I slept well. The heating is also hot and good. I really felt like I knew why the reviews were good. Still, the only downside is that the building is old, so I'm a little scared when I go in. Still, there's a convenience store on the first floor, and there's an elevator, and once you enter the accommodation, it's a very cozy accommodation with the same detailed photos, so I was completely satisfied!! If I have to stay at the accommodation again next time, I will come here!!! I had a good stay. Thank you ~

A family of three stayed for two days before moving. I drank delicious coffee and was so refreshed before heading out. The terrace was also well maintained, but it's a shame that I couldn't use it this time due to my schedule. I'll be back next time. ^^

This is a great place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere quiet away from the city! The host was wonderful in communicating and responding to messages, and everything you need is well provided for. What I love the most is getting to access Netflix, Apple TV, etc without logging in to my personal account. It was such a nice and relaxing stay.

Martin and Amanda's house was a PERFECT base for our Seoul adventures. Spacious, big windows, two lounge areas, and very comfortable beds. The location is perfect, with a bit of life from the hostel across the street, and short walks to great coffee houses, yummy local restaurants, public transportation, and the busy Hongdae shopping and nightlife. Our group of 2 adults and 3 teenagers had a GREAT time! Amanda and Martin provided lots of local recommendations and advice and helped us create memories for a lifetime.

We picked this location because of the location coming from ICN and using the AREX (All Stop) you get off at Hongik University and then a short walk to the accommodation. Hongik University is also on line 2 so getting around Seoul is pretty easy. The apartment is cosy, warm and clean. Due to short duration of this stop we only managed to see the palace and the museum next door. Experience all you can eat Korean BBQ, fired chicken, Myeongdong Market and too much shopping as the kids were pretty much burnt out by the few weeks in Japan beforehand. Communications are good and would 100% come back to this apartment when I’m next in Seoul.

We loved our stay! The apartment is beautifully decorated and furnished. There is a lot of attention to details to make it convenient and even with notes to help even if you do not speak Korean. We also enjoyed the neighborhood and the closeness to the convenient station Yeosinnae that has several subway lines and GTX.

The apartment is centrally located. When we arrived at the apartment, we got lost, but the host responded quickly and sent us the location, so we were able to get there quickly. The apartment was well-organized and very clean, perfect for a large group or family. In the apartment, they leave you a well-organized notebook. Please read it. It tells you all the restaurants and places you can visit, and they mark the cheap and expensive ones, so you know, as well as the taxis you can call, even to the airport. We read it in our last night, so there's that, so please read it. The apartment is near Hongdae Street, where there are many shops and restaurants of all kinds. The train is a 7-minute walk. When I return to Korea that I will, I will stay here again.

I was able to have a good time with the kids for 2 nights and 3 days.
