Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Seo-gu

I found this place while looking for a suburban trip with my friends for the first time in a while, and it was really, really, really good. ;( It's a village vacation, but it's a lodging that satisfied all of us who are picky about not being too rural!!! The atmosphere of the accommodation was cozy and quiet, and it was really the best, and it was exactly as pictured! And even though it was in the countryside, it was well maintained, so there were few bugs inside! In particular, the owner was so kind and helped us park on a rainy day for us, who were beginner drivers, and I was grateful. ;( This place is definitely better than one night!!! You have to stay more than 2 nights to feel the charm more, and you can feel the owner's kindness 200%. He recommended a restaurant and even prepared snacks! I'm touched by the sweetness you told me to do all the good things when you checked out..: (You said you'd make the yard and the parking lot better in front of you, but I'm afraid I won't be able to go if it becomes more famous ^ ^..:) It's an accommodation where you can earn hard money and want to go to rest again! If you need healing, be sure to go.☺️

It was the most satisfying accommodation of all the accommodations I've experienced. I went thinking that it would be a common hanok pension, but it was so nice to have all the old-fashioned things of the hanok while keeping all the modern conveniences. I think you have a good balance between the two! Hot water came out well, and the kitchen was fully equipped, so I thought it would be enough to stay for a long time. There are other hanok accommodations next to it, but this place looked much better in terms of accessories and preparation details. If you think of a hotel or resort that can be purchased at a similar price, it is considered cost-effective. The neighborhood was so quiet that it was good for healing, and the best thing was that there was a swallows' nest. I think it's an advantage that no other accommodation can match to hear the chirping of real swallows and baby swallows and to see them:) I recommend staying before the swallows leave! I highly recommend it if you are looking for a healing trip like my family! The host was kind and responded quickly, so there was no inconvenience in using it!

We really loved our stay here; felt homey, place was clean and had a lovely rooftop patio to chill. All amenities which were mentioned were provided. Bathroom was a little small as mentioned in the description and ceilings were low as it’s an attic but we made it work and wasn’t too much of an issue. The hosts were also very responsive if we needed any help. It was a more quiet neighborhood which suits more to our liking. Subway and bus stops are just minutes walk away, convenient to get around. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and glad we chose this place for our few days in Seoul :)

Absolutely amazing! The place is gorgeous, just like the pictures. We were only there for two nights very unfortunately but Paegii was super helpful with advice in where to get Climate Cards and responded quickly whenever we had any questions. It is uphill so we used Uber to get there and to leave because of our large heavy luggage which was fine. It was super clean and smelt great when we walked in and the extra amenities were a great touch. We (me and my sister) loved the neighbourhood and the nearest subway station isn’t far at all although we walked everywhere comfortably because we chose this accommodation partly for its proximity to Gyeongbukgung Palace and the surrounding area. The space was great for two people. The bed and the sofa were so comfortable and overall we found it hard leaving the place to explore Seoul because we loved it so much! Would 100% stay here again! :D

The location is pretty preferable and has a lot of restaurants and shops around. The hosts are responsive and helpful!! Nice memories staying in Seoul.

We had a lovely 3 days staying here in Seoul. The apartment was extremely spacious, clean and well decorated. The location was great, with Hongdae being less than 10 minutes walk away. The neighbourhood was also very quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again if I am back in Seoul!!

My daughter, son and I searched our accommodation for months. Nothin felt quite just right - until we saw Monica’s place. It immediately felt like a right type of home for our needs and requirements. And it did not disappoint! We had travelled all the way from Scotland and arrived to extremely clean and stylish home with welcome note snd snacks on the table. All three bedrooms were so clean and comfortable to sleep in. AC was easy to use and worked perfectly. We loved the space, showers were really good and washing machine and dryer easy to use. Monica had made sure everything was perfect and provided so much support and advice. This trip was very special to us and we were so lucky to find Monica’s beautiful, clean home. It is in excellent location very close to subway line and have a quick access anywhere. Area is lively yet peaceful and had a lot to offer! Thank you again Monica. I hope to stay with you again!

I enjoyed the sea, cooked, went to the amusement arcade nearby, and had fun doing all sorts of things! It was nice to spend time in a clean and tidy accommodation.

I was worried this time because the place I went to on Airbnb before was so bad, but it was so nice to relax with my dog! Delivery was good, and there were so many restaurants and cafes nearby, so it was great to eat nearby while looking for a place to accompany! The bathroom was also very clean and satisfying:)

June was such a friendly and helpful host - and super responsive. The apartment is fantastic, great size for 4 people easy. Great kitchen, everything modern. Huge smart TV. There is an amazing bodybuilding gym a 1 minute walk away. Islan train station 1 minute walk away. Convenience stores both directly behind and out front of the complex. Everything was great

The room is comfortable, warm like home and the location is convenient, but there are only stairs, it is a bit of a struggle to carry luggage

Minji was a highly communicative and considerate host, ensuring a smooth check in experience with her proactive messages on the day of arrival. The accommodation faces a small hill as shown in the photos, which provides a sense of privacy even when using the balcony. The surrounding neighborhood consists of local residences, making it a peaceful and quiet place to stay. There are local restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores within walking distance, and parking in the area was hassle free. One thing to note: while Minji did explain this in advance, the elevator does not reach the top floor, so guests with large suitcases may need to make a bit of extra effort. Also, the ceiling is sloped and relatively low in some areas, which could be slightly inconvenient for taller guests.

It was a pleasant stay and host James was there to receive us and guided us clearly on the amenities. The rooms are nice and clean and provided good space for our party of 6. Located near a park and well known Hongdae area with a lot of restaurants and shops. convenient walk to the subway Hongik Univ. Station.

The apartment was perfect for three adults. Roomy, very clean and well appointed. And there was a thriving, lively shopping and restaurant district steps from the unit. Plus, the green circle line subway, which we used every day, was less than 10 minutes by foot. The only downside is the area is a bit noisy at night because of all the young people out partying until the morning hours. Still, none of us had problems sleeping. Finally, the hosts were very responsive and kind. We would stay here again!

It is the best space where you can stay comfortably in Paju. It's especially nice to have a beer while listening to songs because there's a terrace! Bedding, towels, etc. are very clean, and there are all kinds of things that are not available. The best.👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

It was a small but nice atmosphere with a party room. It was also very comfortable to work because of the front window and the light from the spacious terrace. The smell of baking bread from downstairs made me feel like I was in a cafe. I was satisfied with the location close to several hot places in Yeonnam-dong, air conditioner with hot and cold air, various types of phone chargers, wine glasses and openers, etc., and there were few inconveniences except that the rather narrow sofa and sink water pressure were not good, so it was not easy to wash the dishes.

Nollaig was an amazing host. He was very responsive and thorough. He provided clear instructions with photos and videos to help you around the inside and outside of the property. His home was pristine, spacious, and in a great location. There were tons of amenities- park, tennis court, soccer field, track for running, gym, outdoor workout area, swimming pool, tons of restaurants, market, convenient store, coffee shop, and the list goes on. Public transportations were easy to use because they were close by. The Namsan Tower view from his unit was beautiful. Thank you, Nollaig!
