Vacation rentals with breakfast in Seo-gu

Walking distance to Hongdae and Mangwon Market. This place is lovely and we like the host's music taste! Ms is also very helpful. We enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended!

Everything was just as clean and very nicely decorated as in the pictures! Pleasant smelling linens and pillows and there is everything you could think of. The elevator and washing machine were also very helpful if you arrive with a family and also have people with walking disabilities. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. The nearest subway station was a 15-minute walk. Our family loved the stay and we would all love it if we had the opportunity to come back next time! Thank you for the lovely stay!

We stayed at Mom’s Stay one night on the way to the airport after traveling around Korea for two weeks. This was one of the best Airbnb we have stayed. It was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. On top of that host was extremely kind and even brought us tasty home made foods. Breakfast she provided us before we headed out was one of a kind too. Hospitality we have received was out of this world. Next time we plan on staying here for a few days right after arriving in Korea to get better acclimated to the time difference.

If you want to feel like a real Korean, this is the perfect place for you. The location is very good - a bus to the door and the metro is a few minutes walk. Access to both banal airports. Note: It's uphill on the way back ;). The apartment has everything you need. The neighborhood is not touristy, but it has its own vibe :). There is an entrance to the mountain trails right next door. Near the super patisserie Juju be tree and a very cool cafe - Cafe Luxembourg, where they serve delicious coffee. The owner is very helpful and friendly.

We stayed for the long weekend with a group of five friends. The location is very conveniently located and walking distance to hongdae busy area with great restaurant / coffee choices. Nice neighbourhood.. Layout can comfortably fitting all of us. Host is very responsive before and during our stay with lots of local restaurant recommendations and giving us hangers upon request, even cares for us after we leave. Would recommend this to others. One thing to highlight is that the bathroom is designed with shower head and toilet together so no separation of dry / shower place; may not be what some visitors are expecting.

The room is very spacious and the parking space is designated, and Most of all, it was so nice because it was clean and there were plenty of towels. I'm willing to revisit

It's not a problem for 14 or more people to stay. There was no inconvenience in using it with a quick response to inquiries. In particular, the independent terrace is where there are many smokers.It was perfect for the elderly to use, and it was nice to be able to use it comfortably like my own home.

It was nice that it was the original appearance of the share house of Airbnb that I was thinking about! I felt comfortable that I was renting a room in a normal family home. It's been a while since I've had a conversation. I also enjoyed a thankful time without thinking about it. See you next time! If I move to Incheon, the houses will do it! I can't cook, but even if I fry eggs, I'll definitely invite you!

Absolutely best host I've ever had. they're extremely patient and was always responsive no matter the time or issue. They give tons of recommendations for places to see too! The location is phenomenal with beautiful sights and nice cafes. The rooms were spacious and comfortable! The host also left some goodies for our arrival which was a huge plus! Definitely a wonderful place to stay ♥️

Good location, cozy flat, friendly and responsive host

I booked and went really urgently, but it was nice that the response was quick and the communication was good. The accommodation was tidy, and I went there for an urgent matter, but it was much better than a motel or a hotel. The house was tidy, the bathroom was the same, and it was nice to feel that you cared a lot here and there!

It's not an excellent location, so it was easy to get around. And most of all, it was a night with a clean condition and tidying up, but it felt very good. I think I slept more comfortably than sleeping at home. If I come to Incheon next time, I'll use it again. And the host took a really good look at the convenience, making it a really convenient trip for 1 night and 2 days. Thank you.

It was clean, more spacious and better than I thought. I didn't see the information text I sent before check-in, so I didn't buy a pay-as-you-go bag in advance, so it was a little uncomfortable to buy it in the morning.

Definitely will comeback again whenever i go back to seoul

We( Me, my wife and 6 months old son) felt home at this place. I highly recommend this place. This house is very clean and host is very responsive. overall worth for the money.

I chose a simple trip to Gangneung to commemorate my father's birthday, and the whole family was satisfied with the accommodation, and after living in an apartment for a long time, I was able to rest in a spacious house. There was a photo spot like an interior showroom, so I naturally took several family photos. The hearty breakfast was just enough to start the day.

Brian (and his brother) are really helpful and friendly. They are happy to help guests order food delivery, book train tickets etc. They know each guest by name & will suggest places for you visit. It's great chatting with them as they give you a glimpse into Korean culture as well.

This is the first time I travel as a group with 15 other team mates. I was worried where I could find a suitable place for all of us together. This place was the perfect home for our Asia Pacific Convention. We are comfortable with the set up. The hosts were very kind. We met them in person. The location is really accessible to restaurants, convenience stores and transportation. They even allowed us to have late check out because of our delayed flight. I will definitely book this again when I go back to Korea.

We have spent a wonderful short stay in Lee Kong Ga Guesthouse, very clean and comfortable. The best: the roof top terrace, very cosy, with several sitting corners, great views and peaceful, though at only 15 minutes walking from Hongdae Red Road. There is everything you need in the communal roof top kitchen. If we come back to Seoul one day, for sure we will try to book again a room in this cosy place.

The location is convenient. There are a lot of delicious food around, but because it's quite noisy to sleep in the downtown area. Everything else is perfect. The host is a very nice person.

The bedding was so clean and nice. It smelled good, and even if there were a lot of people, it was nice to be able to sleep in the bed!

It was nice that it was a friendly neighborhood with a lot of quiet and family!! The accommodation is so tidy and the bedding is cozy: -) There are all the things you need to live in the accommodation, so it was easy to do simple laundry and meals! I recommend them!!
