Vacation rentals with a patio in South Korea

It was close to the south gate of Kyungpook National University and was a pleasant accommodation overall! Recommended for those looking for places to stay near Kyungpook National University :)

The accommodation was comfortable, and the host was kind.

I felt comfortable like at home for 2 nights and 3 days. Because of the clean and fragrant space, I think this is really my home, so I ended up staying neatly. The convenience store on the first floor and Ediya are going more than I thought haha Lotte Mall is just a short walk away ~ If you walk further there, there is a place to eat. Famous sashimi restaurants are also nearby. Anyway, I definitely come on my next trip.~ It's also good to have a real-time response from the host. We'll give you six more bonuses out of five stars ~

It was clean and comfortable as if it was my home.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The hosts were incredibly kind and did everything they could to make us feel welcome—we truly felt at home. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, and the beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect—just a 5-minute walk to Hongik Station. The Hongdae area is full of great restaurants, cafés, and things to do. A fun detail: the apartment is located right above the popular barbershop The Days Hair—we all got our hair cut there and highly recommend it! Even though the apartment is in a lively student neighborhood, it was quiet at night and we all slept very well. We'd absolutely love to stay here again!

Namin and Jake are great hosts, kind and welcoming. Communication is easy, everything is very well organized and the instructions are very clear. The stay guide is very helpful. The accommodation is impeccable, with all the essentials and small touches (water, soap, snacks, coffee...). And the rooftop is a real plus! The accommodation is a little off the tourist areas but easily accessible thanks to the nearby metro. The neighborhood is quiet and there are small streets nearby with great restaurants. We will keep fond memories of our stay. Thank you so much!

The place is simply great. Excellent location, very clean and overall in very good shape. Easily the best equipped airbnb me and my travel mates have ever been to. The instructions are very detailed and clear. Overall the unit is even better what you expect based on the photos and description. Angel is the perfect host, always easy to contact, providing useful info, travel / destination tips and making sure we are safe and everything's all right. I can only praise the place and the service provided, absolutely recommended to everyone.

Jenna was absolutely fantastic and the Airbnb was exactly what I was looking for! Our group had such a great time! The place is in such a great location and every bedroom has its own bathroom! Jenna was super responsive if we had any questions or concerns. She made our visit so easy and concern-free! If you're bringing a group to Seoul, this is the place to stay!

I felt good that the host welcomed me as soon as I arrived. The room was in very good condition, so I slept comfortably.. He also used a good barbecue charcoal. I think I contacted you to the extent that I'm sorry, but I was grateful that you responded quickly and took action. 🙇‍♂️ I couldn't eat breakfast because I was sick, but the next time I visit, I'll definitely try it... It's pleasant, clean, friendly, and everything is satisfactory. It was very close to tourist attractions such as Cheomseongdae, so it was great to see the night view and the way back. It was cold at night, but the boiler worked well, so I stayed warmly. I was very satisfied with my stay in a quiet residential area of Gyeongju. Thank you.

Ey made everything easy and convenient from start to finish. She was always extremely friendly, responsive, proactive and helpful. Her space was clean and free of clutter. Comfortable and private space, conveniently located near Camp Humphreys. Great host, and will definitely stay again!

Overall, I'm satisfied with the condition of the accommodation and the host's kindness. However, due to the location of the accommodation, it's a bit of a shame that there aren't many places to go around. There is a disadvantage that you have to travel by car, and it is slightly inconvenient to go on foot.

The beginning and end of the reservation were filled with the kindness of the host. The kindness felt in conversation is indescribable!! * Room condition - I'm very satisfied. For this price... this view and this room size.. This is possible? I was satisfied to the point of thinking. The building was a bit old, but that wasn't a problem. The floor and bathroom that other guests talked about. The bedding (bed) part I got to know what it was like. - The bedding/bed was nice, but the pillow was too high for us. Highly recommended for those who like to sleep high. Maybe it's because the cotton is plentiful. - Floor / There are heat lines on the floor. Rather than being flat It feels like a wave gin, but it doesn't get caught in your feet or feel alien. - Toilet/shower: Rather than washing with the shower on, you have to wash while holding it. The hot water came out well today! - Spacious parking space - WiFi. All amenities are available.. Mirroring. All available. Food. Restaurants. View. The host's quick communication and kindness. It's very satisfying. This is the place I want to come again in the future!

It was a comfortable trip with my family and pets in a quiet place. The accommodation is clean and has an ocean view, so I healed while watching the sunrise in the morning. The host was also very kind and considerate to make our stay comfortable. Very satisfied:)

10/10 would recommend - PLEASE stay here the next time you’re in Busan!! The entire home is even better than the photos show. The space itself is huge and perfect for a group! We loved the layout and separation between the master and the second and third bedrooms. This gave each person their own space and privacy, with a great communal living room to spend time together. Everything was pristine and clean. The other huge plus is the view and building! It’s ultra modern and as described each room has an incredible view of Haeundae Beach. We originally had more plans on our itinerary but loved the views so much we spent a good amount of time in the home. The location is perfect if you want to explore the beach and just steps away from the Mipo station to take the sky capsule. And lastly the host Eric was kind and extremely responsive. He made sure we had everything we needed for check-in and responded to all my questions within minutes. We’d love to stay here again! Thank you Eric!

The house is very nice, fully equipped with all the amenities, just as comfortable as at home.The space is very spacious, the kids can run and play, not far away is a big supermarket, there are many convenience stores, transportation is just a few steps from the door, and then the subway can go anywhere.The landlord is very friendly and helped me print the information. I was very happy to stay in this house. You will not be disappointed.
