The apartment was perfectly organized and clean, simple and tasteful furnishings that adapt well to the house. There was a barbecue that unfortunately we could not use but we appreciated that it was there, the garden is very nice and well cared for. Very comfortable bed and pillows, the residence is private and quiet. The house is close to the sea that can be reached on foot, as well as some beachfront restaurants. Elisa is always kind and her mom is available for any need. A crib was not available to add, so we had to bring one from home.

Marcello was very accommodating and friendly. The apartment was exactly as described. Very large and clean. The location is good. Very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Bicycles are at your disposal

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

The house is large new and clean, large living room, two bedrooms, good bathroom and practically furnished kitchen. Actually better than description. Host is helpful and kind. Thera are many attractions around, within 10-30 mins drive. Not walking friendly place but quiet and peaceful. Has large garden and terrace.

We were only passing through and needed a place to sleep, but was nevertheless a nice stay. Small, cute room, clean and cozy. Quiet environment, parking in front of the house. Hostess was super friendly We enjoyed it.

The house is nestled in a village rich in history, and you can walk to both the sea and the surrounding woods, taking beautiful walks. We were greeted by co-host Antonella who did her best to help us with our luggage (our car was too big and we were unable to enter the square in front of the house). The ground floor has undergone a conservative renovation that respected the original materials but ensured significant efficiency, new bathrooms, new kitchen, excellent heating considering the many rooms. The house is cozy, bright, spacious (three bedrooms and two bathrooms) and there are two beautiful terraces with an unparalleled sea view. We had a great time and really enjoyed life in the village.

We were guests of Francesco and Pamida during the 2025 Easter holidays, I can only confirm the excellent reviews, already during the interim phase, which preceded the booking, they paid attention to our needs, providing immediate answers and putting us immediately at ease. Upon our arrival, agreed according to our time needs, and precisely that it was Easter, Francesco waited for us in the avenue in front of the real estate unit, a truly appreciated gesture. The apartment looks very good, well-kept and clean, it is equipped with a pleasant living area that guarantees an additional 2 beds if necessary, the 2 bedrooms guarantee 5 comfortable beds, it is also equipped with a beautiful and large terrace overlooking the pedestrian area, which allows you to dine in peace but also to spend an evening with friends in complete privacy. All appliances are available, from the microwave to the washing machine, Host beyond expectations

Really quiet and well-served area, perfect for relaxing but also convenient for reaching the center and other attractions nearby. The apartment is well-finished, very clean, well-furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities, from the equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi. Since booking, the host has been very kind and always available, providing us with support and quick responses. Upon our arrival (with early check-in), he gave us all the instructions to easily access with the phone, which was very convenient. He also provided us with a detailed guide with recommended restaurants, supermarkets... We immediately felt at home, even our dog settled in very well. A very pleasant stay, we absolutely recommend it!

We felt very comfortable at the place - a great location for exploring Perugia and close to the train and bus station as well as to the escalators. In the morning sun we were able to enjoy our coffee in the garden. Highly recommend!

We spent 3 really nice days in this apartment, perfect for a vacation with a little girl. The accommodation was very clean, cozy and located in a very convenient location: very close to the promenade for walks, but also the center is easily reached on foot. The parking and garage were super convenient: you can park on arrival and forget about the car, because everything is at your fingertips: restaurants, shops, services. Special thanks to Gabriele, precise, kind and always available to answer all my questions. Highly recommended, and definitely a place I'd love to go back to.

Our stay in Luca's apartment was fantastically beautiful! The apartment was super equipped, spacious and clean. It is 100% as described and is very quiet! Within 2 minutes you can be at the beach and shops, restaurants, etc. The communication with Luca has worked very well throughout. Even in the evening he responded to our concerns and helped us at all times. Luca is a very good host who knows very well to prepare wonderful holidays for his guests. Beautiful view, very responsive hosts. Omar and Silvia kindly let us borrow bikes during our stay and the town is very walkable and bikable. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is great for watching the sunrise, and we got to see a storm roll by.

Host available for inquiries and suggestions about the area. Beautiful accommodation: impeccable cleanliness, ample availability of dishes and accessories, air conditioning in all rooms and large and well-kept garden. Possibility of accessing the beaches directly on foot in about 15 minutes, both equipped and free beaches. Inside the accommodation area there is a bar, a children's pool, one for adults and a tennis/soccer field. We had a very good time and if possible we will return in the future.

We stayed a few days in Yuri's apartment and we had a great time, it was just a shame to have to leave! The house is suitable for three people, the equipped kitchen, the bathroom clean and equipped with spare linens. There is no air conditioning but you did not miss it, despite the heat of August. Access to the free beach is very convenient and in front of the house. Yuri was super helpful right away and gave us a lot of tips on beaches, places to visit, and directions to neighboring activities. He also left us two bicycles, very useful for small trips! I also really appreciated the tip on tuna tartare (special!) they do in the restaurant that is right next to the house! We hope to be back next year!
