The place is very comfortable and within walking distance of the main train station. Oxana and her husband were very kind to provide local recommendations and public transport options. The house is conveniently located beside a supermarket.

The apartment has a great roof terrace and is located in the non-touristy part of Pesaro, which we liked. The kitchen and bathroom amenities were really good. We had problems with the key app, as described here. Katia came to the rescue and gave us a physical key. What should also be noted is that the house is not directly on the street, but set back above a driveway.

Oscar is a host worth of any recommendation. Always helpful and available Oscar made sure we feel at home at his place which is well equipped and super clean - literally spotless! Thank you Oscar!

A lovely apartment with everything we needed. Unfortunately for us we only stayed one night due to a ferry cancellation, so we didn't explore the area as much as intended. However we had a very comfortable night and managed to fit in lots of the older sights of Ancona

Communication with Eleonora was straightforward and very friendly. From arrival Stefano was our contact, very hospitable and helpful. He showed us the apartment, explained all the special features, helped with everything and was quick to respond if there were problems. Friday afternoon arrival, Internet/WiFi does not work. Although the repair lasted until Monday, our departure day, Stefano took care of it, despite the weekend. We found it very pleasant to have personal contact. The apartment is truly special. Clear architecture, pleasant colors, good amenities, cozy. Actually, it is very close to the sea, but everything is very built up, hotels and restaurants probably conquered the squares in recent years. Unfortunately, no access to the beach in the vicinity was possible with a dog, so we drove to Pesaro and Fano. Thanks to Stefano and Eleonora and all the best!

Marco is an extremely kind and helpful host. He was always available for any clarification request, he is very precise in the information related to the house, the location is optimal and also the parking is easy to find. In the area there are shops within walking distance and a nice walk along the sea in a very central location. The house is all on one floor and is equipped with a very nice equipped terrace that is accessed through a spiral staircase, really delightful! I highly recommend it! We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I liked how dark we could make the rooms during the night with the electric shutters.

Mr. Roberto was helpful,kind and flexible with check-in and check-out times, communication was quick and easy via mobile number via chat. We really appreciated the accommodation corresponding to the description, with attention to detail in a rustic style with a particular decor inside with memorabilia of a past life, simple and functional, located in a quiet area near the historic center of Piagge, very nice even for a walk with the dog. We also appreciated the surprises of the house, a very good dove with a kit for travel nails (for the sister), brioches for breakfast, and various snacks in the fridge. The area is quite well served next to the accommodation you can find a very good pizzeria and just ahead there is a practical tobacco bar with pharmacy next door highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at Cristina’s place! Cristina was an incredibly friendly and helpful host — she made me feel very welcome and was always available if I needed anything. The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is also perfect — very central and close to everything I needed. We had a wonderful vacation in Macerata and the apartment was one of the elements that made the stay truly perfect. The house is cozy, clean and cared for in every detail. The spaces are well distributed, with everything you need to feel at home — from the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable and quiet sleeping area. The location is excellent: quiet but close to the historic center, ideal for visiting the city on foot and enjoying the beauty of the Marche surroundings. Highly recommended! If we return to Macerata, we already know where we want to stay!

Our stay was fantastic. Our host was full of good information and super kind and on the ball. The appartment is a quick walk from the elevator that takes you up to the old city. Park is right in the street for free or in a parking lot 5min walk. It was perfect for outlr stay.

we had a wonderful and relaxing time surrounded by magnificent landscape in Davids home. the cities close by were worth a trip to see the cultural influences of the region. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we alll enjoyed some calm hours there and at the pool area. We will definately come again!

Great apartment in the middle of the Marche. Sea, mountains, beautiful towns and castles, all in the nearby area. The house is a little outside, there are other units in the building, but we didn't notice it. Everything is available in the apartment, good modern kitchen with dishwasher. The beds were quite hard but ok. The only thing that bothered us were the nesting birds under the roof - the freshly hatched chicks were continuously supplied with excited tattering. But somehow also quite cute and that's how it is on an old farm.
