The beach is just across the road, it's simply not too convenient, there is a lot of common space, the room arrangement is reasonable and comfortable, and it's worth coming back!

Great experience, starting with the communication that was clear and with quick feedback. Antonella was very helpful and flexible in the face of our travel uncertainties. Kindness and friendliness made the experience pleasant, the room and bathroom match the description and were very clean. And the breakfast with homemade cakes is great! This is already the second time we have stayed at the property, and we will definitely be back next time!

Apartment a few kilometers from Urbino. Well-maintained and welcoming clean environment, feels like home . We didn't meet Daniele in person, but we were always available. Elena and her husband are very warm and attentive to their guests. Impeccable cleanliness, the studio is very large and easily suitable for a family with multiple children. A plus, with a large garden and pool. Breakfast is hearty.

Ricardo was born to run a Bed& Breakfast. He does everything superbly well from interacting with his guests, providing superb service to guests, congenial and engaging. I have never stayed in an Airbnb that felt so comfortable and nice to be in. if you want a quiet peaceful location with a wonderful view of San Marino, this is your place. And, a little plus here...he bakes croissants fresh and knows exactly the time to pull them out of the oven golden crispy brown and perfect. Absolutely, with no question...I highly recommend Ricardo. He knows how to treat his guests, and I assure you, its the way you want to be treated.

Super nice and clean B&B! Nadia and the staff were always very friendly and open to questions. Very tasty and balanced breakfast. If something was empty on the buffet, it was immediately refilled and made more sandwiches on request. The place was as described, very clean, and was also cleaned every day. We really enjoyed the 5 days at Villa Lauda and will be happy to come back!

We had an amazing stay, we only wish we had stayed for a couple more nights, the room was lovely, AC worked really well, very clean and we felt so well looked after, your son invited us in at almost 9pm and even stopped his dinner to show us around and give information on the room. As described with our room, breakfast was included and was lovely, fresh pastries, lovely coffee and again very attentive in the morning at 8am! We must come back! Absolutely recommended for anyone who wants to explore Le Marche. Beautiful accommodation in a quiet area but by car nearby everything you need. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone and blindly book again when I go on vacation in this region. The hosts have done their best to make you feel at home in a nice, comfortable clean environment and have tips for day trips, food and many other things. We enjoyed it.

Quiet and peaceful area, but strategically located for visiting the attractions of the area, such as Gradara, Fiorenzuola di Focara, Pesaro and Urbino. If you're looking for a place to "unplug" and be pampered, this is the perfect place. Small country villa in the hills near Riccione. Modernized in rustic style, as beautiful as the landscape. Away from the chaos of the city, very rural. Friendly and welcoming host, cute and cuddly kitten. Very nice.

Beautiful farmhouse immersed in the Marche hills. A beautiful pool where you can sunbathe and relax surrounded by a beautiful view and away from the chaos.
