A pretty terraced house in the enchanting old town of Recanati! Wonderful tranquility, short distances, comfortable amenities and very nice and caring hostess! The city is on the hill and the view from Antonietta's house is so beautiful - an incredible expanse, the Mediterranean roofs and the good atmosphere of the city. Everything highly recommended.

Alba's house is located in a beautiful area in the Marche hills in the province of Macerata: the house is comfortable, well equipped for cooking and spending relaxing moments in the living room and garden. From the house you can walk for beautiful walks in the surroundings; towns with shops and restaurants can be reached in about ten minutes by car. Alba is a kind and always available host; we spent a beautiful rustic New Year's Eve in her home and recommend it to everyone.

Caterina's house is very welcoming and comfortable, with attention to every detail, the location is quiet and convenient to reach the wonderful nearby villages. Our stay was very pleasant. Caterina knows how to pamper her guests.

We rented the apartment for our employees. The apartment is nicely decorated, clean, friendly owner, good location, suitable for a longer stay, as it has everything you need. I highly recommend it.

everything went well. Angela was always there when we needed her. The problem we had is we are 82 years old and don't get around as good as someone younger. I would suggest her apartment to other people. It has a great view as advertised.

It was an amazing stay at Stefanias apartment, we really enjoyed the surrounding of the mountains. It was perfect to relax and chill at the pool with a great view and also to explore Fabriano and Frasassi area. There was nothing we missed, the multiple bathrooms were really great for staying with friends. We would really recommend to stay there.

Very good communication with Stefano. The apartment is well equipped, we didn't miss anything. There were plenty of towels and hand soap as well as dish soap. The two bathrooms are connected via a shared shower. Ample parking space is available in front of the house. There are supermarkets in the surrounding area and you can reach various beautiful villages in short distances. You are more likely to drive to the beach by car, as the way back through the hill is difficult. From the balcony you can see the sea, but before that crosses the highway, which you can also hear. It didn't bother us, but maybe this is important for others to know. We had a nice stay at Stefano's place and can recommend the apartment. If you could improve something, it would be basic amenities in the kitchen (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, for example), otherwise you always have to buy this for a few days.

Fabia is a great hostess, She waited for us in front of the accommodation and explained everything important to us and gave us more information about the area. Your place is super clean and tastefully furnished with very well-maintained furniture. It is also much brighter than shown in the pictures. The center of Sirolo is about 10 minutes' walking distance, it only goes downhill once and then uphill again to the city and you are already there and can enjoy an incredible view. A great place!

The apartment is in a very good location and very nice. Outside of the crowd. The size is perfect for a comfortable multi-day stay. Everything is new and very clean. And Gian Marco is very available. I also appreciated the clear instructions regarding how the apartment works. A big thank you.

Excellent hospitality, very pleasant small touches dedicated to the customer. Clean and tidy house, equipped with all comforts. Fair price. We had a good time. A bit of a peripheral area but still a short walk from the center of Jesi, which deserves to be visited.

We were guests in this house for 11 days and we had a very good time. The apartment, with careful cleaning, is equipped with everything you need in every area: kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Appreciated the TV that allows different connections (Netflix, Amazon Prime and others) the coffee machine with different capsules available, as well as the availability of other useful items in the kitchen, such as salt, oil, vinegar and more. The bed is very comfortable, with availability of change of sheets as well as towels. The private garage is very useful, and in any case there are free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the house. The location is convenient both for reaching the sea in a few minutes and for visiting, within a few kilometers, the numerous medieval villages of great interest located on the green hills of the Marche. Beautiful home, beautiful people. Lots of space for a family of four to relax. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need including x3 different methods for making coffee! Fluffy white towels - beautifully clean and cool. Well located between the beach and the old town. Also the most comfortable beds. Senigallia is a very cool place. We’ll be back.

Very nice, modern and well equipped apartment with a great roof terrace with sea view where we were allowed to have a nice holiday. Andrea is a very nice host who is always very easily accessible. We fully recommend the accommodation and will definitely be back.

This home is wonderful, a home away from home! I hated to leave after my month stay, it was the most comfortable and clean stay of my 3 months traveling. The village is quiet and the people are friendly, the bar Contini had the best coffee in the area and of course great cocktails. I also enjoyed participating in community events. I highly recommend!

We stayed for 9 days in Numana - lovely little resort, very relaxed with easily accessible amenities like cafes, restaurants & supermarkets nearby.
