Our farmhouse was completely renovated in 2017 in the original Marche style. The house is bright and modern and equipped with all comforts. An outdoor garden offers sweeping views of the hills. The quiet and peaceful place will make you spend days of full relaxation! In the garden you will find Wendy, a friendly playful Labrador who will be adopted by you for the duration of your vacation, and some cats. NB Tourist tax: the municipality of Senigallia applies a tourist tax of 1 euro per day per person for those over 14 years of age, up to a maximum of 7 days of stay

Country house that offers moments of tranquility in a serene atmosphere, we produce DOC wine and EVO Oil. The Marche region is full of wonders given by Mother Nature, the sea, the mountains, the valleys dotted with rivers, the gorges and the natural passes of the Apennines, or built by the wisdom of renowned artists. But the works created by the simple hand of the farmer certainly do not disfigure in the panorama that opens before your eyes. "...may your walk be light, traveler, and your heart light."

The villa overlooks the sea, the sunrise can be seen from every room and the sun kisses the living room, the large palm and olive trees. Five independent rooms for 7 beds that can become up to 10 if necessary. A thousand square meters of independent and fenced garden. A large terrace for summer dining. Five minutes drive from the historic city center (pedestrian area/main square) of Pesaro and less than two minutes to get on the beach. The house is accessed through a private road so, no traffic.

Relax with a sea view The Fuxia apartment is located on the seafront, in front of the wonderful Velvet Beach of Senigallia. Thanks to the equipped balcony you can eat every day listening to the sound of the waves and enjoying the view of the sea or read a good book caressed by the sea breeze. Senigallia, not far from the apartment, will give you the opportunity to spend the evenings in one of its clubs or participate in one of the many events that take place every year in the summer.

In a family setting surrounded by greenery, in a very quiet and well-served area a stone's throw from the sea with a municipal swimming pool, tennis courts and ping pong, it is ideal for spending your holidays relaxing, without giving up healthy sports activities.
