Project-related travel with long-term stays all over the world has long determined our lives. The lack of feeling at home, especially in a private and quiet living atmosphere, was often a constant companion in many hotels and guesthouses. Experiences that contributed to our idea of »HOSTED HOUSING «was born: quiet and mostly self-managed business rooms for management and sales people. The love for Dresden and the suitable object in Radebeul made us leave our home in Munich and set up this heart project. As a freelance project developer for information technology, we have our office in-house and are therefore for our guests always responsive. The apartment is set in the town of Radebeul and within walking distance from a number of charming bakeries, cafes, pubs, and restaurants, as well as a grocery market. Large, lovingly renovated farmhouse with sauna

The large Umgebindehaus of cloth merchant C. W. Henke sits in the heart of Upper Lusatia. Built in 1831 and carefully restored, it blends historic character with modern comfort: original doors, windows and floorboards, Meissen tiled stoves, linseed‑oil paints and 1930s wallpapers. With 260 m², it offers space for up to 11 guests, a big dining table, plenty of toys and a fully equipped kitchen. Depending on the season, the wild garden, the terrace or the vaulted sauna invite you to relax.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for a break. The house has been lovingly renovated over the past two years, so it has retained its original charm. In 90 minutes you are from Berlin to Doberlug-Kirchhain, a traditional white tanner town through which the small Elster flows. The villa with approx. 160 sqm is located on the outskirts of Doberlug-Kirchhain on a 2500 sqm property with a fenced pond. You will have the entire house and garden for you alone.

The modern villa and the entire property are located in an exclusive location and are rented to you completely (no other residents!). The villa is located within the castle wall of Pillnitz Castle or the walls of the old Kammergut. Historically, the royal wood storage area was located on the property, surrounded by 2.50 to 4 m high natural stone walls, which still offer you great privacy today, without being seen from the outside.
