Very stylish 1-room apartment (sofa bed!) with separate shower room, 31 square meters of living space, separate entrance, and access to the Fasssauna, realized in collaboration between architect, interior designer, and furniture designer. All furniture is custom-made, kitchen worktop and breakfast bar in concrete/wood inlay/epoxy resin. Shower room with concrete trowel finish, whereby the shower and toilet could not be separated due to the very limited space available.

Dogs are not allowed. The guest house is rented. There is a double bed, a bunk bed for children and a sleeping couch, many games and plenty of reading material over the Spreewald. It is heated with the beautiful fireplace. In the guesthouse there is kitchen and bathroom.
