Much spacious and better than imagined from the pictures. The garden also impressive. Recommendable.

We were able to arrive earlier than the official schedule, thank you Isil. Her charming grandmother living downstairs gave us the key. Several floors offer several bedrooms. Everything is well-equipped but the highlight of this house is the quiet and it is not negligible in Kusadasi, and the balcony of beautiful size where we often had lunch. We park on the street right in front, it's convenient. Good location for visiting the archaeological remains of Ephesus to the north, Priene and Miletus to the south, and of course Kusadasi by expressways. A very good memory and friendly contact with Isil's grandmother.

Staying at the Stone House Guesthouse truly felt like a dream — especially waking up every morning to that stunning sea view. The home itself is full of charm and peace, perfect for soaking in the beauty of Samos. I had a little mishap with the washing machine (completely my fault), and the hosts took care of it immediately, no questions asked. The family and friends nearby are warm, responsive, and always ready to help — you feel genuinely supported throughout your stay. To explore the island’s amazing beaches and hiking trails, you’ll need a car or scooter — and Dimitri has you covered with reliable wheels, just let him know. A fantastic base for a relaxed and immersive island experience. I’d return in a heartbeat!

The view is amazing. The pool is clean, private and quite sufficient. The host is very hospitable. We stayed 4 nights and he treated us every day. Freshly baked pastries, homemade olives, apricots they picked from the tree, everything was very nice. We rested and had fun. Thank you so much for everything

completely by chance, I saw the airbnb site and Ms. Emine's house. I read the comments, everyone wrote amazing things, and everything looked very nice in the photos, but I was a little nervous because I was going to go with the guest and, frankly, they were difficult to please my guests :) Ms. Emine greeted us and I felt like I was in my own house as soon as I entered the house. Everything was immaculately tidy and tastefully furnished. The kitchen utensils were clean as if they had never been used and everything was dropped. The beds were spotless and comfortable, and I was very comfortable as someone with herniated disc. i literally looked for something dusty or dirty in the house, but there wasn't one Ms. Emine had planned and arranged everything in the house as if it were her own and the result was really magnificent... you can go and stay with peace of mind. Very nice grocery store, bakery, butcher market, all very easily accessible. The sea is already perfect I would like to thank Ms. Emine on my behalf and on behalf of my guests. I plan to go again in the summer:)

The host is an excellent person. He gave very useful information and was very helpful. He gave us and our baby gifts at the entrance and even provided a special bed for our baby. A completely flawless experience. We loved the house. I just think the location of the house is higher and transportation by car is necessary.

We loved our stay here! We do reccomend a car if you are staying, it made exploring Samos a lot more easy as by foot it may have been impossible and more expensive, the place was good enough to stay in for a day or 2 with the amazing pool and view especially during sunset! The hosts were responsive and kind people, the husband gave us some home made wine when we arrived and a tote bag when we left!

We had a nice stay in Antonis appartment. Lovely balcony and just a few minutes from the center by walking. Super friendly host. I highly recommend this appartment. Thank you

beautiful holiday home in the center

The apartment was perfect for us. Only a few minutes walk to the ferry and right on the little main street with lots of shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was spotless and had everything we needed, even coffee for a few days :) Stamatia was very welcoming and helpful and even let us keep our bags in the house until the departure of our ferry.

The house is as beautiful as in the photos, but the neighborhood where the house is located was very nice, it was calm and peaceful, Mr. Halil and Ms. Gülbeyaz were very interested, we felt like we were at home, everything needed in the house, the items were new and immaculate, there are many historical places to visit, and since the nature park on the wish peninsula to swim was closed due to the fire, we preferred Venus beach with a lot of sound and unique beauty, a house we will go to again, thank them.

I felt immediately at home which was so nice after travelling for a few weeks. The location is perfect close to everything and the views are amazing. Mr Mustafa and his wife helped me with the washing machine and supplied all I needed -I was very impressed. Also supplied was a water cooler bottle which I really appreciated as so many places expect you to buy bottled water which is detrimental to the environment. I loved staying in my airy, comfortable, safe and beautiful apartment and would definately recommend it to travellors. I think its even better than it looks in the listing ! In terms of location, it's a very nice place in terms of cleanliness, it's just comfortable and just one thing was stuck in my eye, I think there was 1 half toilet paper in the shower for 2 days, I wish I had put 1 more, and if we told the business, they would definitely send one, so in all respects, 5 stars, thank you for your help and attention Lotus Apart🙏

Stella was very helpful, gave me all the information I needed and communication went smoothly. Welcome gifts were waiting for me in the studio. The view from the studio is fantastic, the location is quiet and yet only a few minutes away from a restaurant, a small store and hiking trails. The sea is on the doorstep. I would come here again in a heartbeat. Thank you very much!

Corina was a wonderful hostess. She went above and beyond to communicate which is extremely helpful when you are new to the area and country. The place was adorable, clean and had all the amenities listed. It was an easy walk to the main street and marina. I would recommend. Two things, which she cannot change and yet may be a concern, the nextdoor apartment's living room window is ~3 feet from the roof top deck. We were quietly enjoying the evening port view, the conversation disturbed the neighbors (a couple advised us the next day). Also, there is a narrow spiral staircase to access the entire place which may be challenging to navigate with babies, seniors, disabilities and\or if you are large.

What a amazing stay with our baby! Thank for everything. We find the place easily and flat is very clean. We did not any problems during our stay. If we visit Samos again, we can definitely choose it for stay. Peace with Love.

The location of the apartment is great. We just walked 5 minutes from the ferry. We didn’t even need to rent a car, it was so central you are in the middle of the city. The sea view is amazing as well. The beaches were 1 minute walk. Overall amazing apartment and host. Sylvia was the best host, she’s very sweet and kind. She even left some drinks and fruit for us in the fridge. I recommend everyone Sylvia’s apartment.

The location is shown as inside, but the house was close to everywhere, it was clean, there was everything from creams to ironing, we were as comfortable as in our own home, they allowed us to use the private garden, we had no problems with checking out, they said we could check out whenever we wanted, I would really stay again if I came again, thank you very much

Efcharis was a wonderful n kind host. He was very flexible and accommodating with our check-in n check-out times, which we really appreciated. When we arrived he welcomed us personally. He had thought of everything, from a gift bottle of ouzo to snacks for our son and even drinking water. He also provided us with helpful information about Samos, and brochures were ready on the table. The location of the house is just as described, offering a lively spot with a view of Samos town square, yet it is very quiet and peaceful. Restaurants, bars, bakeries, markets, and everything else you might need are within walking distance.The terrace is delightful n if the weather is cool, having a meal at the kitchen table while watching the sea through the window feels truly special. The Wi-Fi speed in the house was more than sufficient. We stayed during a rainy and cold period, but the house was comfortably heated with the air conditioning, and the hot water worked perfectly. Thank you for everthing!

There were two of us staying in Dimitri's apartment for three nights, which is quite comfortably furnished. We felt right at home. Everything required is available, clean, easy to find. The access was flexible via key box, Dimitris always accessible for questions. The location of the apartment is perfect, in the old part of the city, walking distance to the water, restaurants and shops. We would come back anytime and highly recommend the place!

We first booked through Airbnb. I have to say, there were no problems. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very clean and it has everything you need. There is also a pool, which was also very well maintained and clean. A clear 10 out of 10 :)

Aglaia was a wonderful host. She was very helpful and responsive during our travels and while we were staying at her apartment. She was flexible with our check in and check out times since our ferry was delayed. She also called a taxi for us when we were leaving. Aglaia gave us some snacks and water when we arrived and she recommended various local sites, restaurants and car rentals. Her apartment is better than the pictures. It is spacious, the kitchen was very useful and balcony and outdoor areas were the best part of our trip. The breeze from the sea was refreshing and we didn’t need to use the air conditioner at all. The views of the bay and mountainside were amazing. We highly recommend Aglaia’s place to anyone traveling to Samos.
