Ms. Zeynep is a nice host. You can quickly answer your questions. Mr. Hakan, who met us, and his wife are also very kind and helpful. Davutlar is calm, the site is full of listening. The pool is very clean and sometimes you use it as a private pool. Having two bathrooms is an advantage. There is air conditioning but not necessary. It's not too humid. You can open the windows and go to bed. There's a mosquito net. Ants are a bit of a hassle in the kitchen, but there's an ant medicine in the kitchen. If you have young children, you can go to İçmeler Bay in the National Park. The sea is like sand and the pool. If there are no children, you can go to other bays, calmer but stony. You can take your evening tea and beach damage to Sevgi Beach and get off. It's fun to watch the sunset. A101, Migros house service is available From Getir de Domino's etc.

Unforgettable stay in a hidden paradise This was one of the most unbelievable places we’ve ever stayed! Tucked away inside a serene mandarin garden, the mansion is the perfect retreat for families or groups looking for peace, beauty, and a touch of luxury. The surroundings are calm and lush, and the view of the beach at sunset is absolutely magical. The amenities are exceptional—an infinity pool, and even table tennis and a pool table made every day enjoyable. It truly felt like a private resort. What made our stay even more special was the host. Not only was he incredibly welcoming and friendly, but he also went out of his way to bring us fresh fruit and even drove us to the grocery store—something we’ll never forget. This place is ideal for family reunions. I honestly can’t say enough about how wonderful everything was. I hope to come back someday soon—it really was a dream.

All the convenience that you need, as closest to your home(except the spices you need, lol.). 5 min from the beach, stores etc. Lovely stay!

First of all, thanks to the host and Mr. Akif. The house is exactly as it is in the photos (even more beautiful than the photos). Everything was given to us in a perfectly clean way. The house had everything we needed. It has a location close to the center and even to everywhere to visit in Kuşadası. It was a house to go to again and again.

The host, Ms. Pınar, and her mother were very polite. The house was clean, sheets and bathroom were very clean. The house is a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful patio in the trees, but families with children about 700 meters from the sea can choose to go by car instead of on foot. A house has everything you could need, thanks to the thought of the last detail. Having air conditioning in every room was a big plus. We spent most of our time on the deck in the shade of the trees. It was a pleasant holiday and we plan to come back. Thanks to hosts.

This place was amazing. The cottage is surrounded by beautiful nature, no other cottage around. There is beautiful view . It is close to public beach. Highly recommended!!!

The hosts were very welcoming, friendly, well communicated and thoughtful people. The house was spotless, sparkling clean. The items were a brand new, very tastefully furnished house. Every detail was considered for us to have a nice vacation. When we entered the house, we were greeted by a wine on the table. There were ingredients, fruit in the fridge so we could have breakfast. They responded to our questions very quickly, helping with everything from what to do in Samosta, to the suggestions of the place. If we came back, we had a home that we would stay in without a second thought:)

A compact house with one bedroom, bathroom ,small living room kitchen. It was clean and simple. Good for your stay. Large plot to park safely .

Eli Ann's place is in a very quiet location, a few miles from some beautiful beaches. The lower floor of the house is beautiful, spacious and well furnished, with windows on the balcony overlooking the green. Upstairs I only saw one bedroom, spacious and on a terrace. There's no A/C, but it's not necessary, because there's always a nice breeze. Samos city, the nearest town, must be reached by car. I found in the house the soap for the dishes, paper towels, shower soap. There are a few knives missing, but there are plenty of glasses. Overall, I'd love to come back to Eli Ann's place!

very clean and quiet house in a beautiful village. perfectly well-equipped, the upstairs bedroom is spacious and the bed is comfortable. We were welcomed by Maria's mother who gave us a delicious cake and a bottle of wine. A great place for those who want to visit Samos outside the tourist centers.

This is a great place - stunning view of the sea from the living area and a big terrace overlooking the beach. Sylvia was a very helpful and generous host. Good spot for a few days of swimming and rest. Thank you for having us!

We were extremely satisfied with the place we stayed. The host was extremely caring and extremely friendly, the cleanliness was extremely good, all the needs were available in the house. The spacious garden was literally wonderful. We were very pleased. We were extra happy to meet Mr. Ahmet. It was perfect, we prefer it.

It was a great stay experience. Our host was extremely understanding, caring, and welcoming. Although we stayed as five people, the house was extremely comfortable and we all felt at home. The cleanliness was excellent, everything we could need in the house was thought out and carefully placed. The check-in and check-out process was very easy, the host was in contact with us at every stage and patiently responded to every question we had. The location was also quite good; calm, safe and convenient to transportation. At night, the pool lights offered a nice ambiance. It was a great chance to be a guest of such a caring host in such a beautiful home. With peace of mind, we would recommend it to anyone.

I stayed with my family at Mrs. Nursel's house for 4 nights. It was a tidy and organized house. A warmer home than it appears in the photos. Especially the flowers in the garden give people peace. The bathroom and kitchen were comfortable. It's very close to the main road, the sea and the markets. & Thank you for everything

Mr. Emre is a very, very caring, kind and helpful host. The house had everything we needed. We had a very nice 2 nights. The pool is lovely and pleasant. As a neighborhood, it's a quiet and completely relaxing place. We burned our barbecue and fire in the evening and had a long time with our friends by the pool. We can't wait to go again🙂
