Vacation rentals with lake access in Seine-Saint-Denis

Place is close to public transit, (bus and RER). The place is outside city center, but it being accessible, not bad at all. The place is perfect for our group of 12, and enough washroom for everybody. Would difinitely book again if we are coming bavk to explore more of Paris.

No regrets at all in booking this place. It is half an hr away by taxi to Paris and probably 1hr via public transpo. Bus is very accessible just 3-5min walk from this home. So convenient. Love the cozy vibes of the house and you got everything that you need in your stay. The host is also very approachable. Waited for us when we checked in very late and was glad to show us around the house of what will be used and needed. Overall very satisfied, we even think this could be a place again for us ehen we get back to Paris with our kids! We can manage to fit because it is comfortable and also lots of ventilation if you need it. So happy we booked this place even if it was last minute booking already as we had no plans at all. Will definitely refer this to our friends coming over. Thank you!!!

One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The home was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped—from a comfy bed and soft linens to a well-stocked kitchen. We especially loved the cozy living area and peaceful ambiance. Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was outstanding. We were so impressed by how much care went into making our stay perfect. Very nice and clean accommodation. There is everything you need for a pleasant stay. Ideally located to get to Stade de France. Hosts are responsive and pleasant.

Staying at Riad’s home was an absolute highlight of our trip! The house is perfectly located, nestled in a quiet area but just steps away from shops, restaurants, and with incredibly easy access to everything we wanted to explore in Paris and the Seine !! The views are breathtaking, and the home itself is both elegant and cozy : beautifully designed, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable. Riad, thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us, we truly felt like locals in a dream setting. We can’t wait to come back!

Everything was very nice. We were as comfortable as our own home. It was very valuable to have a separate entrance and to be alone. We reached the city center in 40 minutes. There is almost no walking between transfers. It was very good in every way.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Very comfortable & well-appointed space. The bedroom & bathroom are slightly seperated from the living room which was useful. Just across the street from the Bois de Vincennes which is a very large park with lakes, rowboats, islands, restaurants, a horse-track & much more. There is also a cute local park on the other side. A short walk to a main street with restaurants etc , and just bit further to the metro. It's not quite Paris but has good access to Paris. There are buses that go into Paris even closer than the metro. Virginie, her husband & their incredibly cute dog, Purple, are very welcoming & thoughtful, helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. (It's not handicap accesible). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

We were there as a family and very satisfied. Supermarket and bakery as well as 2-3 nice restaurants around the corner...

A beautiful little room in a lovely neighborhood. I had a little trouble getting in on the first day because my U.S. cell phone couldn't call the host, but a neighborhood shop owner let me use her phone. Emmanuelle was very responsive and got me checked in right away. Clean, compact room. Bathroom is at the end of the hallway on the same floor. Shower is down three floors in Emmanuelle's home. Emmanuelle was very friendly, multi-lingual, quite accommodating.

Perfect for a short stay with very good train connections to central Paris. Very nice balcony and great view.

2 nights in this lovely studio for my parents, they loved it! They could easily walk along the Ourcq Canal and the Gare du Vert Galant is just a stone's throw from the apartment. I made the reservation for them given the nearby amenities I knew, they weren't disappointed. The studio was very clean when I arrived for check-in, I was pleasantly surprised by the calm and the setting that it offers. For a short stay or a quiet night "away" from the city, I recommend it. Everything was great, small confusion with the instructions on how to get the keys. Other than that all was pleasant and Caroline was great. It is an old building so some noises from the neighbours and from the street come clearly inside, but since the neighbourhood is peaceful it was not troublesome for us at least.

Guillaume was a perfect host, the answers to our questions arrived very quickly and clearly and concisely! The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and well-equipped. The neighborhood is very quiet and we slept well in comfortable bedding! We'll be back with pleasure!

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. We visited with our family (5&2). The children had lots of room to run around outside. Thierry even put on the sprinklers for us to cool down. The kids had a blast. The accomodation itself was perfect for us. It was clean, had games, tv and books. He had some dishwasher tablets and washing machine tabs which were a lifesaver the night before our family wedding!! There was a big rotating fan in each room. We were also very thankful for the coffee and cool water provided by the host. He was very generous with his time and assisted whenever he could. We wish you all the luck with your future plans for this property and will hopefully return someday.

Very pleasant accommodation, well-located and quiet. Perfect for visiting Chantilly and the surrounding area. I would highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Thierry was a great host and very helpful. So much so we extended our stay for another two night. Thierry’s wife was also great and suggested a lovely little creperie (L’tang D’Art) which is a must visit. Our favourite bar to sit outside and watch the sun go down was Diane on the square in Lamorlaye. Will be back 😎

Great communication with the host who was responsive and friendly. The place was clean, cozy and well-equipped, everything we were looking for. I recommend it!

I was able to stay at Thierry's place: very quiet, spacious, very spacious. Each of the cottages has a terrace where you can sunbathe while looking at the equestrian buildings all around. There is a very large lawn in front of the cottages where children can run and play safely. The space was better than the photos, bigger. We can come to several families on several apartments because they form a beautiful set. Thierry is a very nice host.
