Family-friendly vacation rentals in Seine-Saint-Denis

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

We had a fantastic stay at our Paris Airbnb! The apartment was charming, spotless, and perfectly located. The host was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. It truly felt like a home away from home and made our Paris experience unforgettable. Highly recommend!

We stayed in this beautiful apartment as part of our European trip. David was an amazing host. We had to book last minute because our other rental had fire damage. David was very responsive and helpful getting us accommodated. He even had a bottle of wine waiting as a welcome present. He recommended several places to eat and a grocery store for any needs. His apartment was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. He explained how everything worked since we are not from France. The location was perfect; right near two different metro stations and you can even partially see the Eiffel Tower from the windows. There is even a small lift for people who may have mobility issues like my husband. The area seemed safe and quiet. We even slept with the windows open at night for a cool breeze. This place was perfect for us and we will definitely come back when we return to France!!

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

Samuel is a fantastic host, polite, friendly and responsive. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment is beautifully decorated and chic in a stunning area of Paris. We loved the old building, balconies and old style lift to take you up and down from the sixth floor. Samuel showcases his treasures, whilst also maintaining a high level of cleanliness and space. Naturally, you can hear some noises within the building but this does not deter from your stay, and for anyone with young children just be mindful of their heavy feet on the wooden floors. Montmartre is our favourite part of Paris for its views and winding streets of cafes and shops. All amenities are very close by. We would highly recommend staying at Samuel’s place. Martin's apartment was the PERFECT place to stay for our first trip to Paris! The location cannot be beat, everything is so easily accessible. So many great restaurants and shops right on the street and in the neighborhood. Metro was super easy to find and use for places that were too far to walk. Martin was a great host and always responsive. We had a bit of trouble with the codes for both doors during check in, but after we recieved the keys, there is a fob that easily opens both doors and had no further trouble. It is worth noting the apartment is a third floor walk up, so don't overpack luggage! The apartment itself is spacious and clean, we were so happy to have the extra space. The bath towels could use replacement, as they are small and super scratchy/bleach stained, but we have found the same thing at Airbnb's in other parts of Europe. I would just consider packing my own for next time. Overall, we had an amazing stay and will definitley be staying here on our next trip!

This apartment was truly special—an unforgettable Parisian experience! We felt so lucky to spend a few days here and live like true Parisiens. The decor was chic and comfortable, filled with fantastic art, an impressive movie collection, and a well-stocked library. There was endless storage and plenty of space for our group of six adults to relax and unwind. The private hot tub, sauna, and hammam were absolute luxuries after long days of exploring the city. The location was unbeatable—restaurants, shopping, and train stations were just outside the door, and I loved starting each day with a visit to Black Bird coffee. Lucie and Sébastien were fabulous communicators. The apartment even had QR codes to help us navigate the features like the skylights and hammam, which was such a thoughtful touch. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the entire space was beautifully maintained. Everything was perfect. We can’t wait to return!

We really enjoyed our stay here for a couple of weeks. My husband and I came with my mother-in-law and our 2 teenage girls as a graduation trip for the oldest! The home was clean and spacious. the neighborhood was quiet and very local--away from the chaos of the city. The metro and a bus stop were just around the corner and easy to use to get anywhere we wanted to go. Having a grocery store and a couple boulangerie's within a couple minutes walk was very nice as well! Florian was very responsive and made some great suggestions for local dining that were tasty and economical. He also checked in to make sure our stay was going well. Thank you for helping us have a wonderful visit!

Verschiedene Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Markhalle, Bäcker etc. alles vorhanden. Fred ist ein sympathischer und proaktiver Gastgeber. We had a wonderful stay at this rustic apartment in the heart of the Pigalle neighborhood of Paris. It's on the top floor of a beautiful old building with a balcony running the length of the space that looks out over the street below. The furnishings are comfortable and clean, not anodyne, but personal—for example, charming Buddha statues in the entryway and bathroom—and thoughtfully equipped with clothes washer, heated towel rack, stove, and oven. The shower works particularly well. Its location near Place Pigalle is ideal if you don't mind street noise at night, just steps away from great cafes, bakeries, restaurants and the M2 and M12 Metro lines. The host was professional, responsive, provided clear instructions for check-in anytime, and great local recommendations. A solid choice for anyone looking for real Parisian experience.

Notre séjour chez Jean-Marc s'est très bien passé. C'est une superbe personne, disponible et accueillant. Le logement est top, au calme dans le jardin. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Lovely, quaint apartment in a superb location! Had a wonderful stay at Maxime’s apartment. The place was spotless and well maintained. Having the RER A and Metro Line 1 close by was also a bonus as it made it very convenient for exploring Paris. Overall a pleasant stay, would absolutely recommend to other families 💯☺️

Bon, eh bien là, tu peux venir tranquille, mon Lapin, même avec ta caisse : on te permettra de te garer, ce qui, dans ce quartier, est un luxe insensé. Logement idéal pour un séjour de plusieurs jours, tu auras même la compagnie de poules et de canards très distingués. Tu peux donc venir les yeux fermés. Quoique... garde les bien ouverts quand tu passeras sous l'escalier qui mène aux chambres : tu t'épargneras une trépanation.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Staying at Juliette's was ideal for the short visit I had. the apartment is spacious with lots of light and is in a quiet complex, groceries are right below you and the local cafe's in the area are incredible. Juliette was an incredible host, communicated quickly and had great suggestions for how to make my stay enjoyable and efficient. I would highly recommend staying at Juliette's

Beautiful Airbnb flat that accommodated our party of four nicely. Beautiful decor and greatly enjoyed our feline host (Lucknow). Both toilettes are at the same end of the flat so bedrooms at far end are not immediately near access to a toilette (just different layout than expected). The location is quiet but should be noted that it is on the second level of the building just above a children's preschool/daycare so there were mornings with children crying at drop offs which was mildly disruptive. Stephanie was a wonderfully accommodating and communicative host. She offered multiple suggestions for the area (shopping, dining, etc) whenever asked, prior to and during our stay. She even made arrangements for us at her delicious Indian restaurant located near Notre Dame. Overall, Stephanie's accommodations made for a spacious and comfortable stay. Merci !

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!
