The apartment is located in the basement of our residential building. It can be reached via a separate entrance and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen on a total of 63 square meters. In the garden there is a covered seating area with a view of the garden and the field. Due to its proximity to the exhibition grounds (10 minutes by car), it is ideal for a visit to a trade fair or concert, but also for family or city trips, as Hanover city center is also only 20 minutes away by car.

The kitchen is fully equipped, there is lots of storage and there is a very bright lamp on the desk. There is a stereo. The flat is perfect for a weekend stay, fair guests or long-term guests. The flat is located in beautiful Kirchrode, nevertheless there is good public transfer. There is a direct bus to the fair grounds.

Thomas hat uns persönlich empfangen und war sehr nett. Er hat uns direkt das Haus gezeigt, sodass man sich gleich wohlgefühlt hat. Schön war auch der kleine Hühnerstall auf dem Hof.

Ich war der erste Mal bei Bettina und habe mich sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön ruhig gelegen und alles war super sauber. Ich würde das Zimmer auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. 😊

Had a great time here! The apartment was neat and tidy, and within walking distance of the Altstadt and the Schloss. Despite the lack of kitchen, you’re not fully reliant on restaurants due to the microwave, mini fridge and coffee/tea facilities. Would recommend!
