Great amenities. Everything is available in the kitchen. Sauna great, really hot. I thought it was a great stay. Everything tip top! Child-friendly furnishings. We were already able to address the tiny minor deficiencies on site. So everything takko!!! The only thing that wasn't so good was the inflexible check-in and check-out times. We will be happy to come back.

Great communication, great house in quiet location adjacent to a field. The equipment is great and above everything is the outdoor area with a lot of passion and style incl. Palm trees and pool. We felt like in a finca in Mallorca.

A great place with a great host. I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is exactly as described in the pictures – clean, well equipped and super cozy. The attention to detail and the garden was particularly beautiful for me. The house is large and offers plenty of space. Janett was extremely friendly, helpful and always available if any questions came up. The location of the property is also perfect for exploring the area. I highly recommend this place to anyone and I'd love to come back!

We were allowed to spend a week at Mike and Sandra's house during Easter. The location of the house is great. If you're looking for peace, this is the place to be. The house is very high quality and tastefully decorated. From art on the walls, stylish lamps on the ceiling to glasses, vases etc....everything is high quality and tasteful. We were a total of 5 people and dogs and none of us could think of anything that might be missing or what could have been done better. We also used the sauna and were then able to swim in the swimming pond....at the current temperatures it was more of a cooling dip🤣, but summer is not here yet. In the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms there is everything you could think of. Upon arrival, Lindt Easter bunnies and treats for the dogs were even provided as well as towels for the dogs, Chardonnay and water were also available in the fridge to welcome us. Thanks for the great days with you!

Was with girlfriend for a night in Klaus and Julia's bungalow. It was a positive experience all around. Super nice landlord, beautiful place. I wish I'd stayed longer. All loveable and tasteful. The accommodation is very nice, very tidy, well decorated, and has an good terrace to enjoy if the weather is good. Petra is an amazing host, she is incredibly kind and very helpful. She gave us recommendations about restaurants and things to do in the area.

We were received in a very friendly manner by Hilde - extremely pleasant after the strenuous journey. You don't book a vacation home, but a fully furnished household - we haven't encountered anything like this before. And you don't get landlords, but very likeable hosts. Last weekend, I spontaneously decided on a week's vacation in the Harz Mountains and booked the beautiful apartment to check in the very next day. Sascha responded very quickly and sent me very clear overview pictures after booking, which I was able to use to manage the self-check-in without any problems. The apartment itself was - in the truest sense of the word - spanking clean! It is very bright (in the bedroom there are thick curtains for darkening), beautiful and furnished as shown in the photos and generally gives the impression that it was renovated not too long ago. The kitchen is nice and large, bright and has most kitchen utensils, the dishwasher is very quiet. The location itself is great; there is a small grove right in front of the house with a cozy bench where you can read wonderfully at sunset. Should I ever get stranded in the Harz Mountains again, I will book the apartment again, that was absolutely great! Thank you!!

We had a great men's weekend with a total of 13 people. Expectations were even exceeded because it was a definite highlight. Nothing was missing in the amenities and also thought of the small details. The outdoor area is highly recommended, especially in sunny weather.

Better than expected, photo of the direct accommodation is missing, but it is better. We will be happy to come back. Everything quiet, everything in the house you need, clean, and Ute is competent, helpful and with best recommendations.

Unfortunately, we were only here for 2 nights over Easter. The amenities were great, everything was perfect. Everything is very tastefully decorated. Very clean and cozy. Even our little dog was considered🙂. We wish you continued good rentals and always great guests

we stayed in the house because we were on Eurotier. Perfect location, half an hour by car to fair. Good to know that this house is on the first floor (with 1 large living/bedroom on the 2nd floor). Plenty of space in the house. Plenty of sleeping places. 3 of the 4 rooms had 3 single beds. Ideal if you change with people. Plenty of towels available. Bring your own slippers, otherwise you get slippers from the house. House was very clean!

This is the second time we have stayed at Marjans, it's like home from home to us. My ratings says it all!

For the 2nd time here it was something like coming home. :-) Slept very well, being awaken beautifully by the birdsong in the trees. It's wonderful without wifi, an advantage for me.

Makbule was an excellent host: considerate and with a good communication and advices about the city The house is in a mint condition : modern and clean and very comfortable. The location is outside Hannover, therefore a car is mandatory (there is a parking spot). It takes 15-20min to go downtown. We will definitely be back.
