What a fab apartment we landed on. Couldn’t fault it in anyway though if it’s available in the future I’ll definitely rebook for another ski trip.

an absolutely incredible spot in Val Claret. Margaux's appartement was beautiful, amazing views of the mountains, close to town but not noisy, and a very short walk to the lifts. Margaux was a great host, clear instructions and responsive! we'll absolutely be back!

I absolutely loved this place! The location was even better than described—truly unbeatable. Being able to ski right out of the apartment onto the lift and seamlessly ski back into the ski room made the experience effortless and unforgettable. The amenities were top-notch, adding to the comfort and luxury of the stay. Pascale was a wonderful and attentive host, ensuring everything was perfect for us. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

Great communication with the host - all info provided in advance - helpful. Well-organized accommodation - a double bedroom on the ground floor (therefore on the 1st floor of the building) and one with 3 single beds upstairs with a bathroom with adjacent toilet. Plus full bathroom on the ground floor. Beautiful terrace. Super U accessible in a few minutes. Houches and Chamonix stations are very quickly accessible. (7 min and 12 min drive). Delighted with my choice!

Words can’t even begin to describe how pleased my group and I were with this place. The chalet was absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and even better than we imagined. With a group of 8, it was the perfect fit for our trip to Chamonix Mont Blanc. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the views were breathtaking. Norbert was an outstanding host—super responsive, accommodating, and made our stay seamless from start to finish. He even went above and beyond to accommodate our private chef, who arrived early on the first day to prepare a welcome dinner before we got there. That level of service truly set the tone for an incredible stay. Also, just a heads up: the pictures truly don’t do this place justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. I highly, highly recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to the area. We’re already talking about coming back!

An absolutely perfect stay! The accommodation with 10 beds for our volleyball team was impeccable, as described and well located, 10 minutes from Annecy. Our host Fabienne was very responsive. I would recommend it in a second and would definitely stay again!

Very good stay. Impeccable accommodation. Perfect for a couple. Walking distance to village. The place is cute. Small, but perfect for two. Everything works and the little touches upon arrival much appreciated. Comfortable bedding, neither too hard nor too soft. Quiet environment because in a cul-de-sac, and nice neighbors. Responsive and considerate host. Great amenity and food. A little extra? The daily visit of the little dog in the neighborhood, who comes to pick up hugs...

This was a lovely chalet with the most incredible views. Lots of space and the bonus of toys for our 6/9 year old grand children. We found having a car great to drive them 7 minutes to ski school but there were ski buses. Shops within a 10 minute walk. For us the nursery slope with a drag lift 2 minutes walk at the end of the road for tobogganing/skiing was a massive bonus for late afternoon fun. What more can you say when your 9 year old grandson says it was the best holiday he had ever had a didn’t want to leave (neither did we).

Fab chalet, lovely views, well stocked kitchen with fondue and raclette machine. Walkable to Combloux centre and 5-10 mins from Combloux ski and Princess lift if St Gervais and Megeve extended area.

Great place to stay for Ski and Mountain lovers. The apartment is very functional and with games and toys for kids. Our family loved to stay there and we will come back for sure!

Accommodation less than 10 minutes away to access the televillage lift Well arranged, well-equipped, very clean No passage so very quiet

We had a lovely stay at Rachel's place at the end of Feb. The views from the balcony were stunning. The apartment was very well equipped and spacious with a brand new bathroom. We felt right at home. It was very easy to walk into the center of St Gervais. Access to the gondola was very close. If you're skiing leaving your gear at le Bettex in a locker is ideal that way you can take the gondola and go straight into town for après and ski! / Dinner! Rachel was a great host she will respond immediately if you have any questions. St Gervais is a beautiful town full of authenticiy and the local people are very friendly. We would recommend La Galetta, (creperie .........) and the 2 bars (la Montagne and le nordique) We will definitely be back. Thankyou Rachel

A lovely place in Chamonix - perfect for a small group or family. The views are amazing, you have parking, and the bus and grocery store are right up the hill. Hopefully we will be back!

We had a pleasant stay at Fabienne's. Everything is as described. The apartment is very well appointed and functional. The location is perfect for skiers (ski-in/ski-out) and the village (Belle Plagne) is very pleasant. The resort is really large and many activities are available. The small plus of this rental is the spa, pool area. Ideal for relaxing after a sporting day or not😉. Fabienne is also responsive and pleasant in terms of communication. In short, a good holiday.

We are delighted with our stay, we feel extremely good in this house where nothing is missing, the cleanliness is perfect, the quality of the amenities is perfect and the location is incredible. Our stay at Kirsteen’s place was great. The apartment was perfectly equipped, clean and in a great location. Kirsteen was an excellent host.

The apartment is spacious and of high standard build with quality materials. The layout is functional with the large living room with both dining and lounge area. The kitchen was well-appointed, and had everything we needed. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Beds were comfortable and there was sufficient space for luggage and clothes in all bedrooms. We were a group of six, and enjoyed our stay very much. We especially appreciated that the apartment was quiet at night-time even though it is right in the center of Chamonix. The location is fantastic with everything just outside the door, and very short walking distance to the ski bus. Erik was friendly and responsive in connection with booking the apartment, and property manager Tim was great by always responding quickly to our questions and requests. We strongly recommend the apartment as a real gem for a luxury stay in Chamonix.
