Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 10 Männern bei Kati zu Gast und hatten eine großartige Zeit. Das Haus war nicht nur wunderschön, sondern entsprach auch genau den Bildern und der Beschreibung – geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die herzliche und aufmerksame Art von Kati. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar, hat sich um all unsere Anliegen gekümmert und uns mit wertvollen Tipps versorgt. Dadurch haben wir uns von Anfang an willkommen und rundum wohlgefühlt. Insgesamt hat die Unterkunft all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, und wir können sowohl das Haus als auch Kati als Gastgeberin uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft.

The accommodation was extremely beautiful and clean. All the required amenities were available. Judith also kindly provided very good coffee for us as all shops were closed due to Easter holidays. She also provided useful local information to us. All the rooms were tastefully decorated and seemed much better than were shown in the pictures. The kitchen and the toilets were fully equipped and very clean. The accommodation was very near to a bus stop where you can get a bus evry hour. So it was not a problem going to the railway station or other areas in the town by using public transport. The surrounding areas are extremely beautiful and peaceful. A lot of hiking or cycling tracks are there for the enthusiasts. Overall 10 on 10 as higher ratings can not be given.😊

Schöne große Wohnung mit toller Lage nähe der Fußgängerzone. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Regendusche :-) Es war alles vorhanden was man als Familie benötigt. Für uns war die Wohnung perfekt für einen Ausflug ins Legoland. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit in der Parkgarage Stadtberg, am Wochenende waren genug Plätze frei, man muß nur den Aufzug hochfahren und steht schon vor dem Eingang der Wohnung. Auch das viatnamesische Schnellrestaurant gegenüber hat ein super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und das Essen schmeckt sehr lecker. Wir werden die Wohnung sicher weiterempfehlen.

We didn’t want to leave……. It is hard to sum up just how amazing this stay has been. Right from the moment we arrived we had a warm welcome from Vicky. Detailed instructions upon arrival and we felt every need had been thought about and catered for. We arrived late in the evening and when we awoke it was to a breath taking Mountain View. The outdoor space was beautiful, our 3 boys were out there everyday and loved the freedom. By the end of our stay we felt like we were staying with friends and didn’t want to leave this piece of paradise. This is a well equipped accommodation with everything you could need. Even first aid and local maps. We miss this place and these people already and can’t wait to go back. Vicky we can’t thank you enough for your warmth, kindness and hospitality.

Wer das Leben auf einem Milchviehbetrieb kennenlernen möchte, aber vielleicht trotzdem gerne seine Ruhe hat, ist hier genau richtig. Morgens und nachmittags wird um 5 Uhr gemolken - wer mag, darf zuschauen und auch helfen. Romy und ihre Familie beantworten alle Fragen mit Engelsgeduld. Eier und Brötchen kann man für morgens bestellen. Die Wohnung war ruhig, blitzsauber und für uns (vierköpfige Familie) geräumig, mit allem, was man braucht. Rundherum sind Felder und Hänge zum Rodeln, auf der Draxlalm in Fußweite gibt es brauchbaren Kaiserschmarrn. Schlitten durften wir ausleihen. Auch das Skigebiet Brauneck ist nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Romy und ihre Familie waren immer freundlich und zuvorkommend - uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist nicht groß, aber ist völlig ausreichend für unsere 4köpfige Familie gewesen. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und noch ein wenig mehr. Der Empfang war herzlich und man hat sich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Unser Sohn musste kurz vor der Reise ins Krankenhaus und Gabi hat auf Nachfrage sofort unseren Aufenthalt verschoben, so dass wir unseren Urlaub trotzdem antreten konnten. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Gallzein! Die Hütte ist ruhig gelegen und perfekt für ein paar Tage Erholung in den Bergen. Die Ausstattung ist grundsätzlich völlig in Ordnung, nur in der Küche hätten wir uns ein paar mehr Schüsseln/ funktionsfähige Pfannen gewünscht. Aber absolut kein Punkt Abzug wert, die könnte man beim nächsten Mal auch einfach selbst mitbringen. Auto ist Pflicht und von A nach B oder zum Einkaufen zu kommen aber auch das ist ja normal. 😊

我们全家都很喜欢这里，乡间的环境特别美，有牛、羊🐑，整片的草地绿油油的，还有远处的雪山，这种风光在城市里是无法享受的。女主人很热情，提前在院子里等着我们。房子很大，足够我们活动，如果是冬天，烧着柴火，感受德国的乡村氛围，一定很开心。这里地段不错，离新天鹅堡只有半小时车程，来去很方便，附近的镇子开车大概7min，有Aldi超市和加油站，需要补给也十分方便，关键是小镇的建筑也很美，很干净。

Wir waren in einer sehr großen Gruppe im Haus für einen Winterurlaub und jeder hatte genug Platz und Rückzugsraum. Die Lage vom Haus ist wirklich perfekt. Hinter dem Haus ist der Wald zum Spazieren/Rodeln und vor dem Haus liegt gleich der Ort. Küche und Bäder sind optisch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber absolut funktional. Die Küche soll demnächst renoviert werden. Das Haus hat einen tollen Panoramaausblick und liegt den Großteil des Tages in der Sonne. Es gibt SO viele Sachen für Kinder, das war wirklich praktisch.

Underrated airbnb! Our family of five had an absolute blast at Roswhita place. The entire place is so well put together that we wish to replicate it at our place down under. From the unbelievably well kitted out kitchen to the comfy sofas, to the Wii (such a clever move), to the clean Lego, room specific underfloor heating, comfortable beds, gorgeous views of the endless enormous windows... such a cozy home. Impeccable. The location? a quiet town with classic German B roads that were Disney looking in winter. The perfect location to relax, truly feel at home and be relatively close to Legoland, Munich, thermal swimming, etc... We will be back 😊.

J’ai adoré l’appartement de Stefan & Jackeline! Il y avait tout ce dont on avait besoin et plus, avec petite attention à l’arrivée. C’était dans un quartier tranquille mais avec restaurant, boulangerie, bus au coin de la rue. J’y retournerais avec plaisir!

Our stay at Lisa and Julian’s tiny house was fantastic - everything was clean, nicely furnished and fresh, and they made sure that our stay as pleasant as possible. They were very friendly, reactive (easy to reach) throughout the entire time we were there even though it was over Easter. The only thing to note is that it gets very bright in the bedroom when the sun comes up in the morning.

We had a great time at Carolin's cabin. The terrace and garden were great for having some breakfast and lunch in the sun. It's very cozy and quiet and felt very safe. The town is quite nearby and beautiful, with a nice walk towards it. We went a few times for dinner and groceries. We mostly spent our time relaxing and going to the hikes nearby, the house is walking distance from some hiking trails so that was very convenient. The town is surrounded by mountains so the views are amazing always. We definitely recommend this cabin if you want to spend some time unwinding in nature and in a calm area.

Le logement était cozy et fonctionnel, idéal pour un couple, et le lac situé à quelques pas du logement était magnifique. Nous eviendrons avec plaisir !
