an ideal place if you want to be quiet, it is not close to tourist attractions, but if you have rented a car it is the ideal place. The host has made a lot of effort after the Dana disaster to recover the accommodation. Totally recommended

We had a great stay. As soon as the door opens, it's a picture. New and beautifully decorated and everything is present. The biggest plus is the patio, which also looks cozy and where you can start the day with a cup of coffee in the sun. Within 10 min walk 2 Mercadonas and with 15 min in ruzaffa and the city of art and science with associated park and about 30 min old city. In short, a good base to explore Valencia. Would love to return here for a future stay and the host is correct, friendly and quick to respond.

It's really nice to stay at Cris's, she's SUPER friendly and cares at all times that you feel at home. There was coffee, water and other products available for consumption, which Cristina always kept replenished, and in addition to very pleasant conversations, she always gave me good directions to get around Valencia. Honestly, it was a pleasure to stay with Cris. I hope to return to Valencia and if so, I would try to stay with her again!! I forgot to mention that the whole house (especially the bathroom) was super clean.

This was an amazing place to stay! It was just as the pictures and description. It is not in a location that is easy to walk around the city so it would be best to have a car!

Everything is great. The location is excellent to spend a few days in Valencia, quiet area, 10/10 apartment, very clean, quiet, nice and Jose's service at all times is great. Highly recommended and we'll be back when we go to Valencia.

Mar and Fernando are the best hosts you can find on Airbnb. They will not be in the center of Valencia, but if you value peace, a more than professional treatment of closeness and the harmony of feeling at home, it is definitely the best decision in Valencia. This was our 3rd time in Valencia in two years and Antoniette’s place was simply the best - great location to all our favorite restaurants, coffee shops, attractions and central market (our daily visit). The apartment was fully stocked and had all the amenities to stay comfortable for a longer stay. We stayed for a week and to make Valencia work for my schedule…I worked the entire week from the apartment. The best part of the apartment was Antoniette herself, who was friendly and constantly reaching out to ensure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything. One evening, I had a minor issue, and she was getting ready to come over to the apartment and take care. Fortunately, the issue resolved itself and goes to show how great and caring of a host she is. I can’t wait to stay at her place again…best option for young couples.

Our recent stay at Edu's apartment was truly delightful. From the moment we arrived, we felt immediately at home; the apartment exuded a warm and inviting atmosphere. Its charming character far surpassed the already appealing photos. The location was incredibly convenient, placing us within easy walking distance of many key attractions, while simultaneously providing the peace and quiet of a safe and pleasant neighbourhood. The location is ideal for someone who wants to visit the center of Valencia. The house is good for staying. Tana is very customer experienced and supportive to his customers. Whatever I wanted Tana threated extremely well and I really appreciated that. For me that's the most important.

Rafa is an amazing host. The apartment is so centrally located to restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, shopping, grocery store, etc. The apartment is well appointment, extremely clean. We felt at home. Rafa is so responsive and informative. He was extremely helpful recommending restaurants, local attractions, etc. Rafa goes above and beyond for his guests. The most complementary thing I can say is that we stay again at his place, without hesitation. If you are looking for a place to stay in Russafa, this is the place!!

It was situated 15min walk to the beach & 25mins walk to the new town & 5min walk to the metro. Amazing apartment & the kids loved the fact it had a pool plus there was a park right across the road. Would definitely recommend.

Oscar is a fantastic host — helpful, kind, and incredibly responsive. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The location couldn’t be better: just one block from the Ruzafa Market, with amazing access to fresh produce, great restaurants, coffee shops, vintage stores, and more — all within a 5 to 15-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again!

Justo's apartment was love at first sight and did not disappoint. In addition to all the amenities it offers, it has a piano in the living room, which for any fan (as is the case with our family) was a plus. Justo is very open and kind with his space, he shares his home and his belongings as if his guests were family. He leaves you his music, his books, his drinks with total confidence. He welcomed us with an appetizer upon arrival and was in touch prior to each moment. The apartment has air conditioning in each room, full bathrooms in each room. Washing machine, dishwasher. He leaves you beach items, space in his cupboards. It has filtered water in the tap, which seems like a gimmick but greatly helps with daily logistics. It is within walking distance of the City of Sciences and Gulliver Park. In short, I definitely recommend it and would return (it is true that there is an odor issue when operating the main bathroom, but I fear that it is a generalized issue in Valencia and not specific to the apartment)

Everything was nice, we just didnt like the strong parfume smell from those sticks, which we placed outside during our stay. It was clean, they welcomed us with wine and beer in the fridge which is a nice touch, thanks. Good thing is that they provided a beach chair and an sunshade which we used at a beach. Host is nice and responsive, location is great, and we would book again!

We had a pleasant stay at Adrian's apartment. Everything looked like in the pictures - the flat is pretty spacious with comfortable and stylish furniture. The neighborhood is really calm, which is a big plus, and is very near to the city centre and all the places you would like to visit are just several minutes walk. We had a great communication with Adrian and he was very helpful with everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely book this place again if I would go to Valencia in the future. All in all we had a very nice experience!
