River Oto in front is a unique river with its hot spring sources and you can enjoy an open air bath (small one in the summer and a big one in the winter). Grand Opened a Luxury Hostel in Gion, Kyoto. Tsukimi hotel is a excellent place to stay with a wonderful welcome from front of house. Please refrain from staying if you are allergic to cats or don't like cats.
